This is my new pharmacy, since I live across the street. Its stocked to the brim with hippie herbal remedies and overpriced "extracts" that I just grin and shake my head at. Getting scripts filled takes a little longer than a Walgreens, and theyve made mistakes a couple of times. The first time I filled my script for Adderall, they actually told me they were out of stock and could give me a 3 day supply to get me to Monday while they ordered more, or give me a 10 day supply, but they wouldnt be able to fill the rest of the script... I took the former option, since I needed my meds. Turns out they called my doctor over the weekend to confirm the prescription, since its a controlled substance. They were testing me to see if Id take the 10 day supply and run off to snort it or something... My doctor was just confused by all their questions since the script was for 30 days of a common drug (controlled substance or no) and didnt look weird or tampered with (they faxed a copy back to her for her to confirm, even after she confirmed my name, description and the dose over the phone). I guess kudos to them for being thorough, though I wonder what about me made them assume Im an addict, jonesing for 30 hits of the *lowest possible dose* of Adderall a doctor can proscribe. My doctor now writes them a special note on the script anytime she adjusts the dosage, and we havent had any more problems. And to be fair, the place is well staffed with friendly people. If youre looking for an insanely specific Chinese herbal extract, they probably have 3 different versions of it. And at least their waiting area is comfortable...

I went into store today, September 18, in search of some glasses because I broke my pair. Instead of going where I usually go, I noticed when I walked by the store they carried ICU brand glasses, which is what I wear. I went in the store with my husband(who is black) and my son who is autistic. We had not been in store 30 seconds, when clerk came up and started filling the glass stand. Now I was in the store a few days earlier not looking for glasses but another product, I did not get approached once, more than likely because I am white. But today, because I brought my husband who is black into the store now there was an issue. My husband walked in first with my son, I took one look at the clerk and saw she was eyeing my husband like he was up to no good. At first I gave her the benefit of the doubt that she was just acknowledging those who came into the store, but after she quickly came from behind the counter she quickly came up and was all up in our business. She did not ask if we needed help, she did not say hello, she just acted like she was doing something normal stocking the glasses. But I noticed she was putting the wrong glasses up, dead giveaway she thought we were going to steal. My husband is a professional and works for the state, I work for a local school district. We have lived in Redmond for four years. And sadly this is yet another business we will not patronize because of their service or lack there of and there blatant rude treatment of black people. i had to give a star to post, but truthfully they deserve NONE!!!!!!

In terms of product selections, this place is great for healthier, less toxic ingredients. However, when I went in today, the customer service was rather horrible and that experience did not match the prices that they were charging for the products. First, there wasnt anyone available to assist until about 30 min. later. When I finally received assistance, Heidi M. (the attendant), sprayed me directly in the eyes while we were trying to figure out a color match. She didnt even apologize for it and just left me rather quickly saying that shell get someone else to help me. When she returned later to help other customers and I asked if someone else was still coming to help me, she said she didnt ask for anyone else to help me. She then changed her story and said she just wanted to go check to see if the front needed her help. We were in the middle of her helping me figure out foundation color match and it wasnt like anyone else was calling for her at the time. Hello! Something just didnt quite click with how they treat their customers here. Its not like they are outrageously rude, but for the prices that they charge, they should A) dont spray clients in the eyes and B) dont leave in the middle of assistance.

I was troubling over my symptoms as I looked over the products on sleep. Diana came at an opportune moment and asked if she could help me. I showed her what I was taking and told her of the complicated problems associated with it and many others I have tried. She immediately knew the problems and began to teach me about them. Her patience, compassion, and expertise soothed me into hope, and sold me the products to correct the problem. I have been greatly helped with the products she recommended and will pursue her help in the future.

This is the kindest, most compassionate group of people I have ever encountered in a pharmacy. They have always gone above and beyond what is expected. They are professionals with hearts of gold. I would never hesitate to recommend this pharmac. You will never find better service anywhere. Five stars dont even seem adequate enough for truly they deserve at least 10 stars.

Im very disappointed; I purchased a vaporizer for my sick 4year old only two days prior. I had bank record of this purchase but unfortunately threw the receipt out with the medication pick up bag. The vaporizer worked for two hours. On return the store manager refused to refund my purchase even with proof of purchase with the same card & bank statement.

As many nice clerks as there are in this place there are rude, snotty, crabby, surly old ladies who have never heard of the term "Customer Service." Their debit/credit card machines barely work and the store wont give cash back.
