Have used this store since they opened, at least 10 years ago. Have never had a bad experience and the staff has gone way out of their way to help me with projects. Would give them 6 stars if I could!

The manager seems to think she is doing me a favor by printing my project. I have caught them several times cheating me and then she wants to charge me to copy the billing card.
