By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. A white guy about 510", with a faux hawk, and scruffy beard was very rude. I was with someone and the person I was with hadnt received their bill in paper so he told us to call 611 and they would help. We said thank you and my friend wanted to stay and just pay his bill since we had driven all that way. The worker proceeded to say, in a very aggressive and demeaning tone, "just call 611, its not that difficult. Thatll take you two seconds like come on. Just call the number." We had no problem waiting to be served but this guy obviously did. I told him we were gonna wait and he had no business getting hyphy with me, to which he completely disregarded and had no sign of remorse or empathy. He is by far the rudest person I have ever come across in customer service and he does not deserve to have the job he does. Dont go there yall. You will not be treated as a valued customer.

I walked in to get my old phone cloned to my new phone. There was one guy there, sitting on his butt, talking on the phone. "What do you need?" Was his only begrudging statement. Cloning a phone is a simple plug and play operation, I asked, to which he replied. "No, Im not doing that today, its a pain in the ass, and Im the only one here." (There were also no customers.) "Youre gonna have to go find another store." That was the last thing he said, before he turned his back on me. Worst interaction possible in the shortest time, was all that took place. This guy is 510, thin, Caucasian, spring a faux-hawk, and an entitled attitude. I will be seeking out his superior over this. I recommend that you go anywhere else but here, because thats what theyll tell you to do.

They serve customer on a first come first served basis. I waited for 35min for a simple quick question. I called customer service and it was resolved fairly quick and still hasnt called my name (wasnt sure if I will be put on hold for awhile). I waited at the store and left without being served. I should have try customer service first but I didnt know customer service at the store is bad too x_x

Carolina Gonzalez did a really great job in assisting us yesterday, 8/27. She was so friendly, corteous and knowledgeable in all AT&T products and services. She is a valuable asset to AT&T. We hope that that shell have many more happy and productive years at AT&T and that she be valued for her services.

I was waiting almost an hour to be helped. At that point, I just left and went to the at&t store in stoneridge mall. Asked about the store to an employee in the mall and apparently this store is NOT a corporate store. I highly suggest you go somewhere else.
