I am not from Washington and we dont have Shopko back home. The first time I went in there I was excited. It is kinda like Target. We have bought many decorative items for our house from there and I am a sale shopper and they have great sales...especially their after Thanksgiving sale. Some of their stuff can be expensive but its nice. I love browsing. I was looking for a fisher price doll house toy for my daughter once and had checked out like 5 different stores and none of them had it and it was at shopko. And I have been in there probably 10 times in the two years we have lived here and they staff was nice and helpful. We are moving in a couple weeks to Missouri and I will miss going in there!!

I went shopping on Black Friday at midnight. It was not when the doors opened but I didnt want to deal with the crowds. I know the clerks must have been tired from the long day but it was the best service Ive ever gotten anywhere. I asked a young man to help me locate an add item and he not only told me where to find it but walked me over. He then proceeded to scan it to ensure it was the price on add. He did the same thing with the five or six other things I wanted. Him scanning the item was helpful because one of the things only had a small difference in buttons and was another price. This was far the best shopping experience Ive ever had and set the tone for the following stores.

Lacking in customer service. The employees are nice and all but the service desk can hardly do anything for you without calling for a manager (takes forever for them to respond to the service desk). It depends on the employee but some are less than helpful and dont seem to know much about products or things carried at the store. Overall, nice clothes, kind of extensive. I like their general merchandise, especially some Ames american made lawn tools that I needed. You just have to hit their good sales to get the best price.

Lots of cute clothes in a variety of sizes to choose from & a big store filled with lots of cool stuff. However, the associates do not work with any sense of urgency or enthusiasm, and when I vocally expressed my difficulty locating an item in front of an employee, he made eye contact with me then continued to walk right by me without offering any sort of assistance or guidance whatsoever, when I KNOW he heard me and knew I was looking for something.

Rude cashiers again and again! Two stars because the service desk clerks are usually half-way decent human beings who treat a customer with some respect. This review especially calls out Shopko FAKE birthday discount! Although it showed as active on my account at home, the rude cashier said it was NOT available for my purchase. The same has happened with other promotions. Bogus discounts!

I have always loved Shopko yes their products are expensive with good reason. I bought a dresser elsewhere once because there is no Shopko in Tacoma. Never again the dresser fell apart after a couple of months. I would rather drive the distance for good quality. I also use the pharmacy and the optical center.

Love the Pharmacy--have used it for years--very professional. Tried others closer to home but we always go back to Shopko Pharmacy. Eye Center very good as well. Store has good prices. Not many customers so store is lightly staffed. However, staff we deal with are always friendly and helpful.

I love Shopko. Their Optical Center is the best. I have been to many different Opticians, stores, etc., but they have been the most professional, and helpful. The store is great too. I was able to buy all my son needed for an upcoming ski trip, and at a good discount.

This place use to be a great place to shop, now its just a over priced but marked down to 50% off. Even at 50% off their prices are still more than competitors. The staff was unprofessional, oh and the place was just messy and looked tired.

Theyre the only place I can find quality, size 0 pants. Normally stores dont have many clothing items in XS, so I just wear leggings but Shopko has size 0 pants that are now my favorite pants because they fit me so well!
