Ive been to this store twice about two weeks apart. On my first visit I purchased new custom insoles which are molded right there in the store, and I looked at new running shoes. I chose to try my old ones out with the new insoles and ultimately decided two weeks later to go back and buy new shoes. When I went in for shoes, they suggested I spend some time and use the Shoe Dog service which confirmed that I needed a more supportive shoe and I was able to test fit many pairs to find the right ones for me. That was a technically detailed and incredible customer service experience. It turned out that the store just switched to a new custom insole manufacturer with even better support and exchanged the barely-used insoles Id previously purchased for just the small difference in cost. I could not be happier with my purchase.

I had searched all day and put on 75 miles driving from store to store until I stopped into Road Runner Sports. I was quickly greeted by the Manager and explained what I was after. I was shown a couple different shoes and even though they felt good, because of my feet, I decided to try some of the custom insoles. They were fit easily and quickly and once done I was turned over to Rachel to fit the different shoes I had looked at. What a world of difference. Turns out the two brands of shoes would be different sizes but both were like walking on marshmallows instead of the marbles I had been used to. The whole staff was very helpful and I ended up purchasing the insoles and both pairs of shoes. I will definitely be back now that I know where to go. I thank you, and my feet especially thank you.

A wonderful man named Barry helped me out at Road Runner yesterday. I was having some pain in my feet while walking and he took about 30-45 minutes testing and looking at how I walk to determine what shoes would work and my feel are on the road to recovery. They have a VIP membership program that is a very cool investment to get great deals on shoes and other accessories you need for sports. These people are knowledgeable and very helpful!

Jeremiah the manager helped me and was so amazing! He was super knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. He took the time I needed and I never felt rushed. I got my running style analyzed, custom inserts made and the perfect shoe picked out. I took my new Sauconys out for their maiden run this morning and could immediately tell the difference, it was like running on clouds!

Service... was lacking. Sat there and waited on the sales man to go through the shoedog as he continued to pet a dog and tell anyone who would listen it was his sons dog and he just watched it. Multiple staff members let him know some one is waiting, but the dog was just too irresistible. Skip the Kent location, go to Bellevue.

These people make buying shoes very cool. The prices are fair, the service staff are experts and the use of technology helps make the perfect fit a sure thing. I will not buy my athletic shoes anywhere else. My last visit Kyle found the perfect shoe for my tight budget. Thank you Kyle Thank you Road Runner!!!!!

I was having foot pain and tried many different running shoes from various stores. Frustrated that I still had pain, I checked out Road Runner Sports in Kent. So glad I did! They tested me on the treadmill and took their time fitting me with the perfect pair of shoes. I now walk / run pain free!

Got fitted here for shoes to walk two 3-day 60 mile walk marathons and a 26 mile run. Sales people are knowledgeable, experienced specialists who are friendly and very helpful. Worth the drive to get fitted. Excellent warranties, selection, and pricing. Great experience. Highly recommended.

I went here to get insoles for my plantar fasciitis and got very excellent service. They performed a gait analysis and then made custom-molded insoles and fitted me for some amazingly comfortable shoes. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Road Runner has an excellent selection of shoes and running/fitness gear. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They work with local high schools for fundraising and help with a variety of community service events.

Its expensive and they wont do tax exemption for Oregon residents. Staff is helpful when needed. You might as well order clothes/shoes online.
