Fantastic store. I have been a customer of FWCJ since the mid 1990s. From simple graduation presents and repairs, to my 25th anniversary gift, I have always shopped around but keep coming back. The quality of the gemstones and workmanship is top notch, and the prices are simply unbeatable.The owner knows that the key to loyalty is good service and even better prices. My wife had a custom ring made for me for my birthday, but it was stolen not long after. I came back here to replace it, and Sean worked with us to create something similar with a large blue sapphire that is just different enough. His creativity really pulled the design together, and I get complements on it regularly. I will be a customer for life, and I am proud to refer this store to anyone looking for a quality piece of jewelry.

My husband and I wanted to design a wedding ring with all of the diamonds I had collected over the years. I dropped by and spoke to LaDonna. LaDonna said to bring in pictures of rings I liked. We took in about 12. LaDonna was very knowledgeable, professional and very personable. lt took me three times of looking at the designs she would send me through email before we got it perfect. She was awesome at asking me questions so she could design the ring just right. I cant say enough about this woman! The price was very affordable and my ring is "perfect!" You wont be disappointed! Nathan and I would like to thank Donna and Sean at Federal Way Custom Jewelry. Nate picked up the custom engagement ring that he designed with Donna, and surprised me with a gorgeous, non-traditional ring! Then when it came time to buy Nathans wedding ring, Sean helped us find a ring that would stand up to the physically rigorous job Nate has without breaking, but it still had to be slim and comfortable. The ring is still like brand new, 7 months later still in perfect condition. We have even gone to their loose stone sale and had a blast! Thanks FWCJ!!! You are our local jeweler, glad we found you.

I came in with a fairly serious repair (ring in three pieces) as well as for a simple resizing. A few other places I looked into wanted several hundred more than Federal Way Custom Jewelers and had less favorable reviews. I was impressed by how polite the staff was and appreciated their willingness to explain what repairs would have to be done and why. The repair also only took a week and the ring looks beautiful! I will definitely come back here and recommend it to anyone who needs to either buy or have a piece repaired.

You go to a rock show; you see an incredible specimen of whatever and think - that would make a great piece of jewelry. Then you stop, but how? Many of us have the perfect rock in a drawer somewhere. This is my go-to store. First for stuff they already have, stones they have chosen and set or stones that you can choose and set. But they are also open to setting your stone and enjoy the creative process. If you are within driving distance of Federal Way WA, this is worth a visit.

In addition to the visual treat of examining trays of loose stones you will learn about the various cuts, colors and where the stones were mined. Be very careful if you are going to do bussiness with these guys They will try to take advantage of you.So just be sure to check EVERYTING out I wish I would have checked them out before. I cancelled my order and they will not give me all my money back (And they should have) Please just watch your back.

Not the place to sell gold if your interested in getting a fair honest price. I was offered 52% of current scrap value for a solid 14k bracelet. everyone else was between 68-84% of scrap value. Kind of a joke that their website says they pay 10% more for gold?!

This jewelry store is a family run. All the staff here are wonderful. If you cant find what you are looking for here you can make your own design. You can find all kinds of stones and all kinds of settings. You never have to shop anywhere else.
