I brought a ring in to have it certified and the larger dark haired guy told me that the ring was not worth getting certified because the rubies were not real. He then offered me $60 over gold scrap value which made me a little suspicious so I took the ring to another gemologists to have it certified and what do you know the rubies are very real and of very high quality. SHAMEFUL. Thats a pretty low down business practice.

Just recently, I have gone through the experience of a water-damaged, moldy apartment, and saturated jewelry and a ruined jewelry box was an unfortunate part of that experience. I took around thirty pieces of jewelry to be ultra-sonic cleaned, and steamed. This service was provided in a thoughtful, thorough, and caring way that made me feel as restored as my jewelry was. Tried to call them just to get an idea of even where their prices started at and the guy on the phone was dismissive, spoke over me and wouldnt even attempt to assist me, he was quite rude. Based on the phone service wont be taking my time to come in.
