Completely Unethical - Beware before you buy. I recently placed a phone order with Michelle, I paid $35 extra to expedite shipment of my order, I was told by Michelle that I would receive it on Thursday (3 days later) and would receive an email confirmation. I called back the following day to request my tracking info and Michelle tells me that the shipping dept. made a mistake and it was sent ground. She offered to refund my shipping like she was doing me a favor. I said that this was unethical and they should ship it 2nd day or Overnight for my inconvenience, she then rudely said that she would only refund my shipping or the entire order. I asked for 20% off of the product and and still nothing. BLATANT DISREGARD for the customer and righting their wrong. She was rude and she hung up on me. I then called back and asked to speak to the supervisor or owner she transferred me to her subordinate who was equally unhelpful. This company is incompetent and rude. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ! They do not correct their mistakes nor make any effort to compensate the customer. I told you I would write a review Michelle.

Dont waste your money! I ordered a hot towel cabinet from them about 4 months ago. Worked great up until last week when it CAUGHT ON FIRE. When I called to try and get a replacement or refund I was told that I would have to either send the product back or send pictures to prove that it had in fact caught on fire. Common sense would tell most logical people that when you have a burning pice of equipment in you business the #1 priority is to extinguish the fire and dispose of it as quickly as possible. I guess its my fault for not thinking to get my phone out to start taking pictures before or after I extinguished the fire. At least I purchased through Amazon and they were willing to refund my money for me. For the safety of your business, employees and guests I would strongly urge everyone to find a more reliable company to purchase equipment from. At lease anything that requires electricity. I think it is interesting that in their response to all the negative reviews they say that they strive to provide great customer service. My experience has been quite the opposite. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I ordered a wonderful set from LCL Beauty. My order was received earlier than original tracking had said. After receiving the goods I had questions, not only were they VERY polite and accommodating they were extremely helpful. I had a small cut in one of the bed sections

I purchased 2 shampoo bowls from here & both shampoo bowls were defected after 4 months. I have been in business for 21 years & I have never seen this happen before. The shampoo bowls cracked all over like glass shattering. I took videos & pictures for the company & they sent me 1 bowl, but before the 1st replacement bowl arrived the 2nd bowl had shattered. I took videos again & they said its something I had done. I explained do them a human would have to stand in the bowl for this to happen. They acted as if I damaged my own bowl. Now this would cause me water on the floors & employees standing in line waiting for use of the bowls. So as a business owner that is very frustrating so why would I cause embarrassment to my own business. So I wouldnt buy anything from this company with the horrible customer service. I wouldnt use this equipment really if it was FREE!!! Look good but wont last 6 months.

Worst customer service ever!!!!! Michelle the manager ordered the wrong chair for me.Steve the guy i have dealt with for all my ordering i guess doesnt work there anymore and i can see why..The whole time there it was a shady experience and they make you feel like a criminal by locking the door when you go outside, You dont even care about the return anymore we drove almost 2 hours and then she says the boss says they only take cash only..Who has 700.00 cash when you were expecting to use a company credit card? So they wouldnt even let us purchase the right chair..I cant say enough bad stuff about this company and staff WORST EVER I WILL TAKE MY MONEY ELSEWHERE..OH AND BY THE WAY BOB THE OWNER I GUESS DOESNT KNOW HOW TO TALK OVER THE PHONE..MICHELLE MUST BE HIS WIFE CAUSE THATS THE ONLY WAY I CAN SEE HER NOT FIRED FOR BEING SO DAMN RUDE.

I just received my brand new facial machine from LCL Beauty! It arrived just ask described and on time. I called the company before I made my purchase because I am new out of school and really didnt know what was the best option for me. It was so nice to call a company that actually answers the phone! The rep that helped me was very knowledgeable about the equipment and spent time with me on the phone discussing the different options that were available and did not try to sell me things that I did not need. They truly want you to be happy with your equipment. Buy with confidence and assurance that if you ever need assistance, they will help you! Thank you LCL Beauty!

They will not honor theyre warrantys. I had to replace a steamer I bought from them because they said it couldnt be fixed and it wasnt in warranty. So I bought a new one only to have it break in a few months. Had to pay $57 to ship it back after paying an electrician $40 to try to replace a part they sent and it still didnt work. Well they sent it back after about 2 weeks and it broke within 2 months. So be aware that if anything goes wrong with a piece of equipment within the warranty you might as well buy a new one from another company. It would end up saving you money in the long run. By far the worst company Sales/Support/Service I have ever dealt with.

HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!!! BOUGHT A DAMAGED DIOPTER, EXCHANGED IT FOR A SECOND ONE, ONLY TO HAVE IT BREAK LESS THAN 2 WEEKS LATER. COMPANY REFUSING TO REFUND DUE TO THEM NOT PROVIDING US WITH A BOX FOR THE SECOND DIOPTER THEY GAVE US. APPARENTLY WE ARE UNABLE TO RETURN THEIR DEFECTIVE MACHINE BECAUSE THEY NEGLECTED TO PROVIDE US WITH A BOX. THE LAMP SPARKED ON A PATIENT ALMOST CAUSING HARM. BOX OR NO BOX ASIDE, WHY ARE THEIR PRODUCTS BREAKING ONLY AFTER 2 WEEKS?!!!? POOR SERVICE, CRAP PRODUCTS, TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION, AND THE EMPLOYEES SEEM TO BE CONFUSED WITHIN THEIR OWN COMPANY. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
