Came in 20 min before close and was greeted with a very rude interaction the whole 20 min I was in there. I even made it a point to get out before they closed because I have been in retail and hated customers that had no care that I had a closing time for a reason. Almost all colors out of stock and very low knowledge of colors being semi perm or perm. Turned off all music 15min before close to make it awkward for all customers left in the store. Was reminded 3 times in 15min that they were closing. "Guys, can you hurry up its almost 4 and I need to shut my till down." Literally told this by employee! GO TO SALLYS!! MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND A WHOLE LOT NICER!!

Not pleased with this store. Every time I go they are out of all the color I need. I keep retrying thinking the issue will resolve and Im always disappointed. Their customer service okay. They are not very helpful and are never willing to check their shipment in the back for the colors you need. Wont be going back anymore. Ill try a different location

Not helpful, not very well stocked and staff doesnt seem to know what policy is. Lady refused to sell us what she had sold us before and was rude and condescending even during the uneventful visits. Wont be going back.
