I live in Kirkland, but go to the Everett clinic here in Mukilteo. They know me and I feel comfortable with their staff, so I dont mind making the drive. I came down with a nasty case of Bronchitis, and got a prescription called over to the Walgreen Pharmacy (I normally get it filled at the Fred Meyer pharmacy in Kirkland, but I was going to stay with my mom for a few hours). My mom picked me up from the clinic, and we went to the pharmacy to see how long it was going to take to get my prescription filled, about 20 minutes. My mom drove me to her house so I can lay down and left to grab my prescription in 30 or so minutes later. When she got there they were slow, completely ignoring her, and the guy who did finally acknowledge her was rude and tried to make her feel like an idiot because she did not know my address... She eventually left because no one was helping her. When she came back, I was irritated, but I figured Id have my husband go and pick up the prescription. When he got there, they told him that because our insurance card doesnt say it pays for prescriptions that we would have to pay full price! Really? Ive been to many pharmacies, including other Walgreens, and have never had a problem before... Of course my insurance covers prescriptions! When he called me and told me what had happened, I told him to tell those idiots to call it over to Rite Aid since they were too incompetent to do anything. Rite Aid had it filled for me in 30 minutes, no problems, and I have never been there before. Go somewhere else, Walgreens Pharmacy in Mukilteo are rude and have no idea what is going on it seems...

They are the absolute SLOWEST pharmacy I have ever been too. I picked this one because its right next to my doctors office and its very convenient. However, everytime I pick up mine or my sons prescription I have to wait a minimum of 15 minutes just to get to the counter. They are always short staffed and never send anyone else over to help out when theres 10 people in line. For instance, while Im writing this Im in line; and have been in like for 10 minutes now. Their ridiculously slow, and I will just switch to a new pharmacy.

Ive been going to this pharmacy for years and have finally thrown in the towel. Sure its convenient, however the poor service & lack of privacy and consideration make it obvious that these folks dont deserve my business. I try not to complain about customer service reps because I know their job is difficult, however I did end up complaining about one associate with the pharmacist. My concerns were met with excuses and defensiveness. I will bring my business elsewhere after years of careless, insensitive service. So frustrating.
