I have used this store repeatedly over the last 4 years and am always waited on professionally and courteously by a very knowledgeable staff. The owners are two of the nicest people Ive ever met and the products are good quality at a very reasonable process. I cant understand the negative reviews except that I suspect they were disgruntled customers with some ridiculous request that no beauty supply on earth could have resolved to their liking. I have 30 years of working in the meetings and conventions industry as a manager so I think I can recognize good customer service when I see it.

Horrible customer service! They are rude and judgemental of their customers. Prices for wigs that look like costume wigs for 40 dollars. They also dont have a reduced area for wigs. Always out of important items,like wigspray for example. They also need to hire more people because twice I went into the store they had to close because they were on lunch or they were cleaning during business hours. The workers probably dont even want to be there to be honest!

Rude customer service! I came in as a serious buyer for a wig due to a medical condition & wanted to charge me $2 for each wig I wanted to try on. I didnt try any on after he told me there would be a $2 charge. I walked out and the man behind the counter was saying rude and obnoxious remarks to me. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Never open on time and also says closes at 6 but really closes at 5 the man was very rude when I told him what was on his website and they barely have supplies you need there

Does not open at the time stated! It states online that its open at 9:30 am, however Im standing in front of it at 10:21 am and our is closed
