Ive been doing business with this store since it first opened. The manager (Susan) and all the staff are professional, and go out of their way to assist however they are needed. Susan has made numerous phone calls on my behalf regarding orders or problems and has never been anything other than caring and helpful. Things move around a lot inside the store, and they are always pointing me to where things are located. If something gets discontinued, the staff always makes the best recommendations. I have never had a bad experience shopping here, even during the holidays or other busy times.

I absolutely hate this store, one of the employees was so rude to my mom. She talked bad about her when she walked past me, thinking that I wasnt my mom. And later, when my mom asked for a pen to write down some things, she was extremely rude, talking about my mom YET AGAIN about her attitude when my mom turned around. I wish I could rate this less than 1 but unfortunately..I cant and thats a shame because I will drive to a different location, praying that the employees wont be as bad as this one in Gresham.

I went to this store today, I usually go to the one in Portland- all thou Cosmoprof sellss a wide variety of products, the workers here are rude, snobby and they LACK PROFESSIONALISM-I would rather pay retail price then shop here! Malys and four seasons are wayyyyy better its always a positive experience there.
