Went to get a nano SIM. The salesperson is sloppy, a "Do it my way" type. He offered to cut my old card. I said I wanted a real nano SIM. Then he sold me a normal card by cutting it, despite my very clear request. He didnt even bother asking me if its OK first. It doesnt work in my phone. Follow up: 1. Trying to return the card, they wont allow it. 2. Asking to see the manager, response "We dont have a manager". BTW, a new card is FREE in real AT&T stores.

Quick service and the lady here was super efficient and helpful in getting me started with a prepay plan and choosing a number despite encountering a system issue. Overall a great first impression of owning an AT&T SIM and cell phone connection service at this location and would love to visit again if need persists...

Staff here were friendly and professional. I normally avoid AT&T like the plague, but the crew here made me forget some of the problems AT&T have and made me think I was at Cingular again, and thats saying something!

The staff here was super helpful. I got my phone activated and then had some minor issues where the lines were getting crossed from my old line. They took care of it right away on the second visit.
