Very poor customer service at walmart in Auburn WA. I ordered a bike online with same day pickup for my sons birthday. Got to the store to pick it up (i had already received the email confirmation saying ready for pickup) and they told me oops sorry its not here we dont have one. they couldnt tell me what had happened to my sons bike i paid for. They then said they had issued me a full refund through the computer. (i never signed anything saying they refunded me my money). They called another store in the area (20miles away) and they had the bike. Was told that it was south hill walmart in puyallup. Im not from the area so i drove to the first walmart my GPS found. Turns out nope sorry not that walmart but the one 5 miles away down the road which was actually graham washington was called south hill and they had the bike. I got to the store, it wasnt on hold for me like i was told it was. the associate in toys never answered her page and it was quicker and easier for me to go in the back, grab the bike off display, check out with it before the toys associate even made it there in the first place. I called the first store in puyallup to tell them about the experience. they advised me to call 1-800-walmart with my complaint. I did that this morning, was on hold for over 20mins and the line disconnected like they hung up on me. So i called back trying to get a person on the phone, on hold again for 15 minutes and no one answered the line just disconnected again. Now i just got a email saying my original order on the bike has shipped even though i got the money refunded and i bought it at a different store.Cannot get ahold of anyone at 1-800 walmart or the corporate office. Now i just called the store and they keep putting me on hold saying they are looking for the district managers phone number. UGH!! Walmart has pissed me off for the last time!!

Ive always hated this walmart..A few weeks ago we had to wait 30-45 minutes to get someone to the fabric counter..And STILL no one showed up..WE gave up. This actually has happened 2 times now within a few monthes (I normally dont get fabric here becasue it isnt quality fabric, its the thinnest worst stuff out there). I also have never once been helped unless I ask them to physically showme where something is. They usually just point and say "[Department name}", and its actually usually wrong..The workers here are dumb as rocks and never seem to know anything. Also, Im currently on hold as I write this..Ive been on hold for the craft department for 10 minutes now..Ive gotten 2 times that a person has answered the hold and asked me where I needed to be transferred. You know, becasue god forbid they should actually do their damn job..You know..That thing they are freaking PAID to do? I have no choice but to shop here as its within my shopping budget, but I still hate this store as much as one can hate anything. Im truly amazed this location has not been shut down yet.

I shop at this store in retirement to save money but dont particularly enjoy shopping here. Today I went thru the self check aisle but was hung up on how to input the e gift card. The gal working the self check section was standing on the side chatting with two people. She appeared annoyed but helped me out. This seems to be a common thing at this store. On at least three separate occasions, I spot two blonde heavy set women who are twins chatting with each other. The last time they were chatting with another employee who works in the produce aisle. The threesome blocked my access thru the aisle. I had to turn my cart around and go the other way. In the turn I noticed the African American gal behind the deli scowling, no doubt irritated at coworkers gabbing on company time. A managerial type broke up the gab fest but as soon as he went to resolved an issue at Subway, the three got back to gabbing again. I wish I could email the manager about this rather than posting a review like this.

Didnt have a lot of inventory so supplies and variety is low. Disappointing really for its size Usually when I stop to stock up with my camper, I buy a load of groceries and supplies so I can head out the next day. Got a rude awakening at 2am to move by some employee. He wasnt calm, he was very angry and annoyed and wasnt wearing a uniform. He was in casual wear. I dont really understand how threatening someone instead of asking us to move is a viable thought in this mans mind but I mean f*** you too. I dont shop here anymore. Customer service goes a long way and it does more to ask or talk calmly than angrily yell and berate people. And at 2am no less. A little more than overrated. Big rigs and little rigs moved out at 2am, as well as us, and I would have shopped here had he been nicer about it but I dont exactly feel like being treated this way so I dont plan to returntk this store in my lifetime.

Uneducated inexperienced supervisors and employees that are no help nor has the interest to assist consumers who shop there. Pretty much you pay cheap prices you get cheap customer service. Hate to say something bad about the people who work there granted are hard workers but your C.S area have really garbage service. They yell at you cut you off before you even finish a sentence. If you dont want to do the job that you are paid to do please just sit your ass at home and dont corrupt and piss society off. Your unprofessionalism and lack of education, training, god forbid I dont know EVERYTHING justifies why your workplace is known for cheap labor and the reason why your consumers look down on you. Seeing the confident attitude of your C.S squad despite all this stupidity, I dont even think this is going to make a change but just an FYI to future customers that have to deal with your BS. Good Luck!

I live in Federal Way, and we have TWO Walmarts.. who recently decided to no longer be 24 hrs. So i had to drive all the way to auburn just to find an open one. I work graveyard shifts, and keep my awake schedule even on my days off. I needed to get a couple of items from the electronics department while i was there at 2A.M., and was told i would have to wait until 7A.M. for them to open up the area again. There was ONE cashier, and all the self check-out lanes would only accept cards.. and all i had was cash (which apparently has no value anymore). Walmart needs to make a LOT of changes, to suit EVERYONES schedules and availability, stop relying on "plastic payments", and realize the world is a 24 hr place unless you live in the middle of nowhere. Walmart always lets me down.. guess im going to have to find somewhere else to spend my hard earned money and use my valuable time.

Its Wal-Mart. Nothing special. Theyve got what you need. No need to put clothes on to visit this establishment, come as you are pajama bottoms and tank tops are common attire. If you have kids the bring them, the more the merrier. No need to supervise your children let the them run free and experience the main exhibits: wild hyenas (a.k.a hoodrats) and hungry hungry hippos (a.k.a people too large to push their carts full of frozen food and Doritos so they use an electric scooter). Seriously though it is a well stocked store and staff is friendly enough. If youre reading this review just know: its Wal-Mart they are all pretty much the same. Bonus Tip: If youre looking to recruit a BABY MOMMA visit the store on Friday and Saturday nights before 10pm, its the number one stop before they hit the club.
