Its always a pleasure purchasing books here for the following reasons: deep discounted coupons emailed to me, well thought-out website, knowledgeable and service oriented staff, convenient store hours and location, decent return policy, well stocked shelves and variety of merchandise and rewarding loyalty program. Loyal Customers are hoping Books-a-Million Corporate Office chooses to invest in building up the new location to include the much loved Coffee Shop. Simon Properties (owner of Potomac Mills forced BAM to move into Temporary smaller location.

During Christmas shopping Dec 24th, I left a newly purchased suit in the Woodbridge store. The store was close christmas day, so I returned Dec 26th, 10:00am, and inquired about if a pinstripe suit was found from Dec 24th? The store has many products and categories of books. However, each category only has a handful of each subject. We were looking for a software programming book and there were too few choices. The store is ok if you need any general book, but has a small selection if you are looking for a particular special subject.

Titanium Tate

An entertaining store to walk through. More like an FYE than a cook store, but perhaps thats smart and a necessity these days since book stores are closing all the time. Lots of toys, electronics, and collectables. Nice selection of POPS. Customer service is almost non existent.

Employees are nice. They are willing to help you out always and even take you to the books so do not get lost. Even though not looking for books, they have a selection of toys that keeps you entertained. You can be yourself in the books without being shamed for what you like.

Every time Ive gone in, the staff appears to be unfriendly and unavailable to help. The last time I wandered through I dont remember any of them even making eye contact, much less asking if I required assistance or greeting me.
