Associates are poorly trained: Purchased new phones in Feb 2016. Associate said we would be eligible for a USAA discount as we are USAA members and that this discount would be 18% off monthly fees AND a waiver of the activation fees. Finally, she told us that the phones we were purchasing had a $50 mail in rebate each. I received my first bill and found that the discount was not applied and we were charged the activation fees. Called Sprint and it turns out that the USAA discount if for employees only and therefore no discount, no waiver of the fees. It took a good deal of arguing but Sprint finally honored what the sales associate told us and gave us the 18% and waived the fees. Next problem is that I just received word that the mail in rebates were denied because we leased the phones. The associate not ONCE mentioned that the rebate was only good if the phones were purchased in full. If this information had been presented to us, we would have gladly paid for the phones up front. DO NOT GO HERE. Their people do not understand their own products and discount packages.

I have been a Sprint owner for over 15 years; my cell phone died and I have the protection plan; in Winchester, VA the Loudoun St. store is where you have to go for a replacement. I went in and the rep never smiled once when I told her what had happened, she told me to wait and walked in the back room, proceeded to come out with a Lotus phone. I have never used one of these phones and asked her if I had a choice because it was not like my phone and she said no. She never showed me how to use it and what I got home I uploaded a uTube demo. When I got my first bill I had been charged with charges I had never seen before and called Sprint. They told me I was using multimedia. I had no idea and told them I did not know how to use the phone and did not like it and wanted another phone. They told me I could upgrade but could not downgrade. I was so angry I almost stopped my Sprint service due to the Loudoun Street store and their pour customer service. I found another Sprint store that sells phones and upgraded. But I always warn everyone to stay away from Loudoun Street.

Associate was a complete idiot. HELLO! Yes the Nexus 5X works on all networks and YES if you would have looked at my account you would have seen I have already had on my plan since last November, so obviously you have NO IDEA what you are talking about. Associates in this store want to argue with you about everything they THINK they know. They are absolutely clueless and it was a waste of 45 minutes in this store arguing with the associate. There is a reason why your store has horrible reviews and Im adding to it. Do not waste your time at this store. Sprint in Sterling is MUCH more helpful and NICER ASSOCIATES!

Evidently my experience wasnt typical, but I had no wait and excellent service. What I wanted to do, upgrade a phone and add a phone and a line, was difficult enough with all the possible specials that the Sprint website person I chatted with recommended going to a store. Not only did the person figure all that out, but she quickly transferred everything off my old phone to a new one, saving me at least hours. I was shocked by how well it went, and so glad I did it there instead of online.

Complete crap. Service sucks and so does the cell reception in the area. Store refuses to help or acknowledge a problem. They were happy when we signed that 2 year contract though. Taking my family cell service to another provider.
