This place is amazing. Its hands down the best Verizon store I have been to. The staff there sets the bar for customer service, they are always professional and do a wonderful job at explaining things, and making you feel comfortable. I used to dread having to go in to Sprint to fix things with my phone, or if I had questions or trouble. I lived in Fredericksburg for a year and I would commute to this s oktore, thats how fantastic this Verizon go wireless is. Every single person who works there is so easy to talk to, and great! I litterally reccomend this store to everyone. This is the store that got me to come to Verizon and stay. Not only stay but get my whole family on my plan. They are the litteral best. 5 out of 5 Everytime. Theres never an answer unanwsered here or a problem unfixable

Hi my name is Renee and I live in Louisa Virginia and I had service with nTelos however nTelos was awful I could not get any service and I was so afraid of coming home one night and being stuck on the side of the road and I couldnt get any service so I came in to Verizon at the Zions crossroads shops and came into the Verizon store and had the pleasure of being assisted by one of the Customer Service folks named Allen who greeted us when we walked in the door and proceeded to help us switch from nTelos to Verizon adding four lines to my account he was awesome he was caring and he made sure we got all of the discounts that we needed wonderful service and we are definitely glad we switched over to Verizon!

They got the plan active but it stopped there. The man who sold us the iPhone was so eager to make a sale that he made up facts (no, no iPhone will allow you to share photos over NFC, and no, the iPhone 5c does not have a 12 megapixel camera. Also, Verizon does NOT use rollover data before plan data, as the gentleman here informed us) that simply werent true both about Verizon as a network and the phone we were purchasing. Apart from all of this, if you have any critical plan issues, an authorized retailer is not able to fix that. As a retailer, their only goal is to make a sale.

Went to the store to upgrade and purchase 3 - I Phone SEs. It was in the evening. We were waited on by Crymzn ("Crimson" - said her parents were hippies) Swann. She was outstanding! Wonderful customer service skills. She was patient and friendly, very pleasant, a real asset to Verizon. She had to take additional steps to facilitate transferring data, because of our deficiencies, but she never got upset and was very thorough. She never made us feel inferior because of our lack of technological skills. I would recommend Crymzn and your store at Zion Crossroads to anyone.

Rachel was the most amazing person Ive ever had the joy of dealing with at Verizon. She is super patient and helped me for two hours and was all smiles the whole time. She is definitely not just about sales and went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied and I was happy. I will definitely be referring her to everyone I know and I will definitely go back too her for all my wireless needs.An amazing representation of your company, youre lucky to have her. I tried offering her a position but she was loyal to gowireless.

I have been working with Krystal for about 8 months. I have had 2 family members pass away with in this time, which I had on my account she has helped me get all of my lines taken care of. I now have my new phone and tablet. She has been a delight to work with. She has a great personality and willing to help you achieve what you are looking for. In my case I really dont k now much about what it was I wanted but she helped to get just what I wanted. I hope that she will stay at this location so that I can continue have her help me.

So. Went in to (possibly) upgrade my iPhone 4 because hey, if its not broke dont fix it right? I was pleasantly greeted by Stephen, sierra and crymsn (sp?) and I must say, best time Ive ever had in a cell phone store! They were so fun, made me feel so comfortable and welcome, they really seemed to enjoy my company! You could tell they really enjoyed their job, I hope management takes good care of them, and realizes what treasures they have!

Came into the store to switch over from T-Mobile and even though the credit approval process took a little time for me personally my consultant Stephen was fantastic! He made the process easy for me and kept me laughing the whole time. I was the only customer at the time and the whole team made me feel welcomed. I left the store happy and with a new S8 that I love and a plan that I was completely satisfied with!

Horrible service. Walked in, never acknowledged I was in the store. One rep was assisting a customer at the front while three employees were chatting in the backroom as myself and two other customers waited to be assisted. I cannot truthfully say the customer service was horrible due to the fact the customer service was non-existent.

Crystal at the Verizon Wireless store at Zion Crossroads was the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced. I went in the store to get clarification of my bill and walked out with a much lower bill and getting a brand new phone. Truly the best customer service...above and beyond the norm. I have dealt with numerous consultants at the the Verizon store in Gordonsville, VA . Without exception, each and every one has been super helpful and pleasant! On occasion, when one could not help me they have quickly sought help from another person - either there or a call to Verizon. They ate the best!
