Went by there earlier, when paying for my merchandise the first thing the lady says is "whats your email?" and I asked why she needs it, she said coupons and updates and the like. I told her I wasnt interested: If youre going to try and get someones email, at least be somewhat polite about it. My friend was at the other counter paying and another lady did the same thing to him. It was annoying and rude. Spencers should rethink their tactics for getting people to join their email list besides trying to manipulate and pressure their customers into giving it.

Was in the store for about 10 minutes, there were 3 or 4 employees just standing around with their arms crossed. They never acknowledged my wife and I were in the store. Theu seemed more interested in talking to each other than trying to help the customers.

When I was checking out a few weeks ago. I was told if I paid in cash, I would not be able to return the items. I asked the cashier why and she stated that it was corporate policy .
