I have been shopping at this establishment for 5 years; I have put together many gift baskets for friends, families, coworkers, and for charitable causes; I do not have any complaints about the friendly staff or for the many options of the quality products that can be purchase here; However, on December 6, 2016, my happy and good experience at the Blue Goose changed because of this photo; this photo shows a locked, and blocked emergency exit; I brought this attention to the proprietor only after she asked me if was the returning customer who always buys the many gift baskets here; my observation and concerns were in a courtliest manner; the proprietor then argued in front of other customers , that my observation and concerns where without merit because she was going to keep this "Emergency , illuminated exit " locked because of her concerns about under aged drinking; this might be true, but, you cannot violate the Maryland Fire Code ; I am now "banned" from returning to the Blue Goose because of my complaint;

This is an delightful market. All types of unique dips, jellies, foods, candies, etc. I had the opportunity to interact with the owner and she was phenominal. She is very kind, personable and friendly. I will definately always make a stop at this delightful and delicious market when I am in the area.

Hands down this place has the best pies in Maryland. I love lemon meringue pie and this is the first place that makes it like my grandmother used to. Their other knick knacks and food items are also good and hard to find elsewhere. Definitely stop here if you are nearby, you wont be disappointed.

A fantastic shop full of local goodies. As soon as you walk in the door, you will be greeted by the wonderful smell of Apple Cider Doughnuts (which are fantastic). The local produce is fresh and delicious. Theres even a nice wine selection. Well worth the stop!

I love this place! Their large selection of pies are incredible, fresh fruit is great quality. Their homegoods section is very lovely and unique. I love their small jewelry selection as they too are unique and very beautiful! This place is a gem.

Nice little place. Been stopping in here for years but, a word of advice, never limit the ways a customer can pay you. I like to use Amex and they dont take it so thats my business they wont get. Shame because I really like the place. Ahh well.

Knickknacks like a Cracker Barrel but Oh My the baked goods! And what seems like every product McCutcheons makes plus a wide selection of Amish and Maryland and Regional competitors products. Bulk snacks and old fashioned sodas and candies.

This is a great and easy stop en-route to / from deep creek lake from Baltimore. Fantastic pies and baked goods, jams jellies and sauces. The bathrooms are wonderful, too.
