A holiday coupon was published in the Democrat and Chronicle on 11/15/15 stating Holiday Open House in Progress 20% off store wide. There were no date or timeframe restrictions printed. On 11-21-15 I visited the Glue Factory with a friend who wanted to purchase a gift for his nephew and neighbors. When he attempted to use the coupon, he was denied being told it was only for Black Friday.. This was not on the coupon. The clerk went on to say it was an error, but would not honor the coupon. She did offer 10% but would not honor the full 20% . My friend came from Pittsford to shop at the Glue Factory but for this unprofessional way of doing business, he nor I will ever shop there again. Regardless of who made the error, it is the Glue Factorys responsibility to honor what was published. You might consider reading Customer Service 101 and the definition of integrity.

Staff is always so friendly and very helpful when your trying to find just the right gift for someone. Their inventory selection is awesome, they always have items I cant seem to find anywhere else. Ive been going to this store for more than 20 yrs. I remember as a kid they used to be in the Plaza across the street.
