Normally I love this store, but after 25 minutes of waiting for the gentlemen in shoes to finish socializing with his friends he got us a pair of shoes. Then would not accept the coupon, when asked why he just said it wasnt working. Went back to his friends.. Zapped got an order for four pair, less expensive too. So thanks for that Belks!!
