A nice farmers market out front on the Saturday we drove by. A very beautiful view of the countryside. Interesting products inside. I liked the anti-corporate atmosphere, and the valuing of family owned businesses. They had some anti-vegetarian T-shirts that were kind of overboard, and the pro-USA (and anti-China) patriotism was a bit over the top, too (if I wasnt so much against big business, I probably would have found that to be too much, too). Friendly atmosphere, shoppers and employees alike. I stopped there for the farmers market, but the inside of the store was worth taking a look at, too.

Wonderful little place well worth a stop to and fro the Shenandoah. You can buy locally grown produce (they had diff kinds of apples when we went). There is also a quilt/crafts/arts shop that is just too neat to say no to. I dont live in the area but will definitely return in the future on another trip.

Great little place to stop. Bought ripe peaches and some other little items like soap and honey. They sell beautiful baskets made in Africa and other fun fair trade items from abroad. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Friendly shop keepers, wonderful selection of country kitsch: local soaps, baskets, quilts, local produce. Great stop!
