I was given a business card to check out Pitbull Tabacco when i was out at a local bar a few months ago. I generally just take business cards to be polite however, after talking to two employee for about an hour about trying to find alternatives to smoking and ways to help my brother quit smoking cigerettes i decided to go in and take a look around. As a person with really bad social anxiety the calm atmosphere really made me feel less anxious. a HUGE plus is its owned and operated by locals, i prefer small businesses. When i walked in i was very surprised to find the person who gave me the business card recognized me, on top of that i was AMAZED that both of the employees that i met at the bar didnt just recognize me, they remembered our conversation! They started showing what they had to help my brother quit smoking. they showed me their selection of vapes and vape juices and explained that if he gradually gets his juices with lower nicotine level eventually he can quit smoking without quitting cold turkey. Although it worked for a while my brother got lazy and just started smoking again, but i really appreciate the fact they even asked about how my brother was doing the next time i came in. About a month ago i can in because ive been having a lot of stress from work, as well as i recently moved, and ive caught myself wanting to pick up smoking ( which i never have smoked before my whole family did at one point and claimed it helped with stress) but i didnt want to get addicted to the nicotine of cigarettes. Over the last few years ive always bit my fingernails as a nervous habit and when im stressed so it wasnt really wanting to smoke but more of an oral fixation. Sky & Rico suggested i look into a vape and get juice with zero nicotine. I tried it out and it helps when im nervous and stressed out, i just a take a puff or two and i feel better, plus the juice they will is extremely tasty. i LOVE Beetlejuice & Crimson fish. the ONLY bad thing about this place is the smaller parking lot everything else is wonderful. Great customer service, very knowedgable on what they sell, very personable, down to earth owners ( only ever spoke to the husband but hes very kind) and honestly, i get a feeling of genuine appreciation for their customers, and that alone is why i will always come here for my vape juice and my brothers cigarettes ( as much as i wanted him to quit)

We at Pitbull Tobacco and More pride ourselves on customer service and a comfortable atmosphere. We try our best to be inviting and make sure everyone walks out happy but lately weve been getting some bad reviews that I hope are completely untrue. We are always extremely professional and try to do everything in our power to make sure the customer is happy. We are a family establishment and everyone that works here depends on their paycheck and we would never do anything to jeopardize that. The owner is, in fact, a woman not a man who has been a homeowner since she was 19 years old and has always been an upstanding member of the community for her entire life in Virginia Beach. It is our main goal to make sure all customers are treated with fairness and respect no matter what. It really hurts me that these people feel they need to write such reviews about the business that we try so hard everyday to maintain. If any one who has written a bad review would like to give us a second chance please feel free to come in and let us know about your experience and we will do everything in our power to make up for your previous experience because we truly and deeply care about how our customers are treated.

Dissapointed. I bought a torch reccomended by a man working there,it was a cheap model, but the guy at the counter guarenteed it would work and if it broke I could come back with a receipt in 14 days to exchange it. The torch didnt work right the day after I got it. Upon returning It a week later the guy at the counter Jeff tested it and (of course) it worked right for him and he explained that it couldnt be exchanged. I told him thats the first time it worked right but he did not believe me. He called a manager over the phone and the manager agreed to let me exchange it. I thought everything was ok but jeff had to throw in comments like " just remember that next time you get what you pay for" and after giving change " well I guess lets put it back on the shelf". I understand businesses have to protect themselves from people who abuse the system, but as a customer I felt like Jeff thought I was lying to him. Maybe you should shift your focus more to "the customer is always right".

Pitbull Tobacco and more is by far my favorite mom and pop shop from D.C. to S.C. providing not only every product you can imagine to fit your tobacco use needs as well as a large variety of local art, handmade jewelry, self defense tools, kratom, drinks and snacks and much more but on top of their amazing selection of products I can proudly say as a loyal customer since 2013 that they have a wonderful, down to Earth staff of informative and caring people. Everything about their store makes you feel welcome and at home from the family atmosphere seen with the owners, their kids and even their pups helping to make the shop run smoothlly to the smiling faces of their employees and what seem to be always satisfied customers. I guess you have to inspect the glass yourself here....I went here yesterday because I have always had a great experience. I purchased a glass slide prior to this and when I had gotten home noticed there was a hairline crack. They had told me as long as it has not been used to can bring it in and exchange it. This was not the case yesterday. I spent about $170 there, among my purchase was a "water pipe". When I had gotten home, low and behold theres a hairline fracture where you insert the downstem. So I called them asking to exchange it for the same type, just one without a crack. They told me they could only offer 10% off my next "water pipe" purchase. Ive spent over $4500 just this year at their Virginia Beach location, they just lost a loyal customer.

LOVE this store! Associates are sickeningly nice & so chill, they talk to you like youre family. Their main goal is to see you leave happy, & they do a swell job since Ive never left here feeling any other way. Love the fact its a mom & pop shop & the owners are locals just like all the employees! Their selection is the largest & the least expensive Ive personally seen in the 757 area. Came in looking for a birthday present for my mom & left with not only the most amazing gifts but also a new love for this store. Now when I come in they remember my name & even what cigarettes I smoke lol! Thanks for being so amazing & caring, Pitbull! So grateful to have you in my neighborhood (: never change!
