Let me tell you every rating I have done the limit is 5 and thats true if its a 5 Ill give it. JJ smoke shop is a 10+. Your there only a couple times and they know you and what your likes are. The store is family ran but they all arent family. They interact like theyre family and treat their customers the same. You never see a store even behind the scenes that are totally work together. Im a customer of 4 years and go out of my and always recommend this store. Believe me if you find a problem at this store Im sorry walk out and come back in. Its not them. I watch them with other customers. Theyre alert at all times. Theyll call someone from the back to help if youre waiting. Put every type of store supermarket, laudrymat etc the nicest friendliest helpful people youll find here. They are extremely knowledgeable to every product in the store. Theyre not afraid to ask other employees for help if theyre not sure. You dont have to believe me go in you wont retreat it. Jay, Bill, Jessi and she is a sweetie, George. Theres a couple others that are right up there as well.

Ive been going there for few years. Everyone that works there are very friendly, helpful. When theyre talking to you the confidence level is high. They know the business and the products they sell. At times I stay In Jersey. I come over the bridge to go to the store thats helpful, friendly and well stocked with verify of things to choice from. I cant understand a bad review because every time I come in there they have a lot of people that see are being helped a happy. Ive came in there are times confused on the vapor have I was taken care of with patience and because is that I was totally happy.

Excellent excellent excellent place. I never wrote a review about anyplace before because Ive never felt the need to until I went into JJs. I could live in west Philadelphia and still travel to go to here. Juice selection is good. They have a lot of homemade juices which Im a big fan of. Definitely support the local juice makers. Best secret about this place, is the rewards system. If you only went there to buy coils and some juice every now and then youd accumulate some good bucks off a mod or Atomizer.

Gave me wrong change and refused to even count the till to verify the mistake. I actually had to call the police and after waiting almost an hour for police to arrive the owner (knowing his employee gave me the wrong change) finally gave me the the change I was owed. Ive been a customer there for years and will never go back. There is another smoke shop in Roosevelt Mall that I recommend going to. J&J Smoke Shop dont exist to me anymore!

Its a great place the workers there are very helpful I went and got my 1st vapor and I had no idea how to put it together and the girl worker helped me and showed me how to put it together and how to use it Before you buy the vapor juice they let you try whatever flavor you want and as many as you want so you can get the exact flavor you want which is great

Best smoke shop for vape, staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and dont mind to take time to test all there flavors Also there house blends are great tasting. Ive been around to a few other shops and had no luck finding any flavors i like many shops carry minimal choices i found a great variety here at jj smoke shop

Always a quick and painless in and out experience. Good prices - good selection. Family run business. Always served quickly with a smile. The workers are knowledgeable so if you have any questions feel free to ask! If you park at a meter def throw a dime or quarter in bc PPP are hawks in that area ! :p

The white dude that works there is awesome hes very humble and very helpful...but the vape juice sucks and the mixing their doing to the juice hurts my chest and the juice is not official...I wouldnt recommend this store for vape juice at all....But the dude was very helpful...

Not only do they have a great selection of tobacco products. Their vape products is what I know them for.. They have a huge selection of vaporizers, tanks, RDAs, and juices at an affordable price.. Love this shop!! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to get into vaping
