Initially, my experience at this smoke shop was a delight. All smiles and a courteous gentleman behind the counter. However, try and get your money back for unused returned goods and youll have to wait 2-3 hours until the boss can authorize it. Like most people, I simply didnt have the time. It took me forever to find parking and I would not recommend this place if there is even a shred of doubt that you may have to return an item. Very unprofessional in that regard. Otherwise, its well kept and clean but did not stick a piece for my bong that I found at another smoke shop for half the price. Not my smoke shop any longer.

This place sucks. The guy working there is rude and dishonest. I came in trying to buy a coil and the guy first tried selling me one that was the wrong size then he tried selling me a used one and kept lying to my face saying it wasnt used. It was so obvious it was used that it was almost comical.

Ridiculously overpriced. And Im not a frugal / cheap person but this place is a robbery. I bought the items since I was visiting and it was next door to hotel. Horrible #noshame
