Great location and convenient. Out of all of the grocery stores in the area (Harris Teeter, Kroger, Food Lion, Walmart), they have the best crab legs and wild caught gulf shrimp. Their wine selection is top notch and their salad bar offers the most selection for the best price comparatively speaking. I do feel like they could be more competitive with their digital coupons/rewards program like Kroger. I sometimes shop at Kroger more because they offer more benefits to shop there like their fuel points program, digital coupons, and special promos on purchasing gift cards to earn extra fuel points. Also, Kroger has them beat with checking out. Farm Fresh sometimes has long lines because theres no self-checkout. The customer service however is wonderful!

The store itself is fine. Their online order and pickup service is AWFUL. They are supposed to notify you when the order is complete....but it doesnt happen. In other stores to "substitute" doesnt mean change the flavor all-together....but for Farm Fresh it does. Now, I have items that I will never eat. They lost my receipt and bad customer service. Oh, and almost 1/2 of my order wasnt on stock. But, when I went back and looked on the shelf I found the items. Store is okay. For the convenience of ordering online & pickup, use Harris Teeter or Walmart. They are way more skilled and customer service far surpasses Farm Fresh.

Reasonable prices, friendly staff, and the only way the hours would get better would be 24 hour service. Good selection of gluten free and organic food without being quite as expensive as Harris Teeter or Kroger Marketplace; more expensive than Food Lion. Good salad bar and rotisserie chicken, Starbucks, pharmacy, florist and bank inside. One downside - I dont trust that fish case, mostly because of the lighting. It just doesnt look right. For literally anything else though, theyre great. They used to do wine tastings every week, but Im not sure if they still do.

I Love the fresh seafood, pastries, and produce. I Love the convenience of the Chartway Credit Union just inside the supermarket. The Pharmacy also is a great addition; all the conveniences in one place. Also, lets not forget the floral department and I just love their flowers. The store that was closest to me in Churchland was moved to their new location in Deep Creek area, just off Bridge Road-Route 17. I cant wait for the Wednesday paper to be delivered to see what sales I can take advantage of; as compared to the other supermarkets.

The service at the hot food counter was horrible. Food looked as though it had been sitting for a long time. Food area as unkempt. Dirty. Food server was drinking a drink and did not wash his hands prior to touching food. Asked for managers name, two names were given...joe and Theresa. This Is the farm fresh on bridge road in Suffolk.

Terrible attitudes in the deli dept tonite. Just asked for cheese only to be told the cheese slicer is down..just cleaned it. Its only 7pm really???? Then the guy gets angry because he has to wipe down the meat one. Forget about it#!$!#.Ill take my business elsewhere.

Great service ,a one stop shop paid Dominion power bill in and out with no wait, picked up a few groceries and yummy fried chicken wings at their deli for a great price ! Thanks farmfresh

Deli was great, also really appreciate the lady in seafood, would like to start seeing the Italian bread sliced before hand, would save time, and I think sales would jump up...

One of my favorite grocery stores. The produce area Id filled with fresh stuff. The prices are reasonable. Also check out their take away deals.

Having sale on Deer Park water and Pepsi products reason for my visit. They have good sales but regular priced items are a little high.
