My first choice whenever I consider getting a new game. I always check to see if tech exchange has it first. Because they always have it cheapes, as I have compared prices to Amazon and tech exchange always wins, and alot of times in great quality knowing that they garentee their inventory to work or your money back.. I dont care if the disks are a little scratched. As long as it plays flawlessly Im happy becuase these games are classics and typically used. Its only natural they would have a couple scratches from previous owners. The one time I did have issues with a controller but had no chance to return it because I had to go out of town for a month, which put me beyond the appropriate time for a return, I was given a discount on it. The people there are really nice and awesome and it is my first recommendation when people ask me where I get my video games.

Staff is friendly, but not knowledgeable AT ALL. Yes they sell old and vintage games, but when my daughter grabs final Fantasy, we get home to load it up, and this version is PS2 ONLINE PLAY ONLY. I dont specialize in this field and even I know ps2 online crapped out years ago. I paid 13$ for it. Why would that be on the shelf? Because they dont care about what they sell. They even have "mystery sleeves" with 4 or 5 random games in it. I bought one and needless to say they were all SCRATCHED to hell. I mean like 3yr old had a field day. I would not recommend this place. Play n trade was alot better than this cheesy knock off. Save your $. Buy a console and download your favorite classics. Dont even bother with this place. 4/29/15

Was not concerned with purchasing new tech, but only selling. For that, this is not the place to go. They offered me $15 dollars for a perfect ps4 controller when the ps3 controller market has seen little to no price drop in almost a decade. They where surly going to put it on the shelf for nothing less than $50. As far as customer service goes, id say its poor. When I declined my sale, i told the employee, "thank you, have a nice day" and got no response except for a blank face. I will not be going here again. It is unfortunate, because I have a lot of tech friends I couldve recommended go here. I will not be sending worthy friends to be essentially ripped of. Wrong atmosphere all around.

They have great deals on games and movies. Great local alternative to GameStop! However it seems they compensate the low prices by giving low trade in values. Their trade in values have been less than GameStops for every game Ive offered (for PS3/PS4 and controllers), so I, and probably others, sell elsewhere instead. Less than $10 for PS4 games (like Rayman Legends)...really?? This is probably why their PS4/Xbox One selection is so small, even for next-gen games. To be fair, I did get a good return on selling DVDs there, so maybe its just the video game selection. Hopefully theyll realize this and change soon. Until then, buy here. Dont sell.

Never going to this store again. Aside from the female staff member ( who greeted me and my children when we entered the store ) the other two ugly fat guys working there were totally unprofessional and cursing loudly and talking about women they had sex with. Keep your personal conversation to yourselves. My kids dont need to hear about how drunk you were and had sex with some crazy ex girlfriend. Yes this store has a better selection of retro games than alot of other stores in the area but at least the staff at the other stores have been professional and helpful.

I use to be a regular here before I moved! Id come in about 4 times a week, Sundays and the occasional weekday and every time there was something new! It is INCREDIBLE! They care about what they sell and they care about every customer that walks in, as long as you arent a huge complete dick bag and treat the employees like people then they will always make sure you are a happy camper. I particularly like their laptop selection for the struggling college student.

Ok the first time i went in the pretty manager with the blue hair was very nice and polite..I sold her a couple of cell phone and tablets that were in bad condition..she offered a reasonable amount of cash..i was satisfied...So today i came in with more items to sell that were in better condition and the guy didnt really want to accept anything i had,he said mostly everything was too old..he literally offered me pocket change..and I didnt like his attitude!!

Just wanted to say you guys are awesome, but please try and answer your phone, Ive been trying to call you guys since eleven thirty, it is now twelve twelve. Other than that you guys are great, Ive never had a problem with you except for a reshelfing fee I was charged because the game I got sucked and I didnt want it anymore, I had only had it for ten hours before I took it back and couldnt get all my money back.

If you like vintage video games its really great. The prices tend to be a little higher than if you were going to Ebay but that is to be expected from a brick and mortar establishment. You can also sell them electronics but I would really only do that as a last resort if you havent had any luck on ebay. They will seriously give you as little as possible, which is to be expected, as they do need to turn a profit.

This place is awesome. They have by far the best selection of games in richmond. Everything from old genesis and atari stuff to ps4 games. The prices are great, staff is friendly and knows their stuff. What more could you really ask for in a game store? Oh yea they have a simpsons arcade machine ! They also sell electronics, laptops, cell phones, cameras and such.

Large stock of current and vintage games. You can also find some good DVDs every once in a while. They also take and sell tech like laptops and phone. You can a lot of time here just looking around. If you have not played video games in a while or just dont play often, the employees have individual racks of suggested games for different stye gamers. Very friendly.

This is the best place ever. Hands down they offer the best prices for trade ins for not only video games, but other gadgets/electronics. Their prices are average or lower to what you find ANYWHERE online. I went in and bought nearly $800 of flawless video games for my collection and I still saved a couple hundred from what other places would charge you.

This place is great. They have the best selection of vintage video games. Their customer service is phenomenal and everything is fairly priced. The only downside, and I dont know if this is a bad thing, but it feels crowded in their store because of the high traffic. I definitely recommend them for any of your gaming needs both retro and modern.

Sells cheap Chinese knockoffs as real products, doesnt open used systems to clean, keeps any nude photos found on trade ins on main computer in the back, vcu and rpd are investigating them currently, take your business to real local stores like bits and pixels, or sage mantis. They care.
