Staff was really helpful and friendly. The selection was better than many other stores I looked at. Picked up my glasses a week after ordering and pickup took no more than 5 minutes. I became unhappy when I realized that my lenses did not have the transition lenses that I requested. After calling Sophia explained one could only have either the transition or blue light blocking (which I had), but not both. She helped me order a new pair in no time at all. When I later wanted to know if the transition lenses blocked as much blue light as the Blue IQ, she was kind enough to find the answer for me. It turned out the Blue IQ blocked more blue light and were better fitted to help protect my eyes during my office job. So I ended up keeping my Blue IQ lenses. TL;DR; Great staff, answers questions. It was a wonderful experience. This was the second time for us to get prescription glasses for my children and our first visit to this store. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Rian was awesome and she gave detailed attention to my children, which made them feel special . We cannot wait to pick up their glasses today.

Called before hand to discuss my charges for my exam. After the exam they charged me double and refused to give me my script without a follow up. Will not be using them again. I have always purchased my glasses from them. It is a shame.
