Terrible the kittens were playing in their litter box being harassed by people all day and the betta fish had their cups almost empty. When I brought it to the attention of the employees the said that they would do it tomorrow because they didnt have time to fill the cup back up. There was only an inch of water left.

This store does not carry pets except for kittens on Saturday mornings. Products are more expensive than Petsmart or the grocery store. It has a large selection of rawhide and baked dog treats. It also has a dog washing station.

Absolutely love this place we take our baby girl roxxi there and she loves it also. Although they all should have a bathing center only a few locations have one. Overall my family loves this place for our baby.

Great diverse selection of products, staff was helpful, love the animal shelter kittens up for adoption and while I dont have a dog $10 for self wash in NoVA is a good deal too.
