This is one of the best auto repair shops my husband and I have ever been to. We started coming here shortly after we moved to the East End. They do it all-- inspections, oil changes, repairs, they even work on lawn mowers! They operate on a first come first serve basis and their prices are very fair. Every experience I have had here has been wonderful. We both get our oil changed and tires rotated here regularly, I got 4 new tires from here and they were a great price! Recently I had an issue with my battery and alternator-- Terry, the shop foreman has been so helpful in helping through the process and explaining things to me. The original battery that was changed was a defective battery so I brought the car back and they replaced it free of charge and retested everything to make sure there would be no more issues. I am a huge fan of supporting small businesses to keep your money local and this is a great business. Not to mention everyone here is very friendly! They have made a customer for as long as they keep their doors open!

Seems like a very unfriendly place to work based on the reviews stating poor customer service. My friend (sweet, polite and courteous to everyone) gave notice to her employer that she had found a job that she felt was much better suited to her likes and personality (Front Desk and Administrative/Customer Service Support for Bottoms Bridge Tire and Auto). She was sooo excited to be starting to work there; however, she worked there one day and then was let go by the owner, Dennis! First day of training and he felt she wasnt suited. Come on now! How in the world can you expect someone to know your system in just a few hours? Never gave her a fair chance. If this is how they treat their employees, I can only imagine how they treat their customers! I wont be taking my car there to find out! Dennis you should be ashamed of how you treat people. Now she is without a job or any source of money coming in! Just nasty!

Bottoms Bridge Tire and Auto also does warantee work on riding mowers for Lowes. After not hearing anything about a warantee repair for 3 weeks, Lowes gave me the companys number to check on the repair. Lady answering the phone was curt and semi hostile stating that "I need to check with Lowes, they dont talk to customers." She wouldnt even allow me to explain that Lowes gave me the number. I have used them in the past for car and tire repair and would say they are average/above average. I even live in the same county but will never use them again.

I am so pleased with Bottoms Bridge Tire and Auto. The customer service is the best in New Kent County and the detailed service was just as great. They do it all from tire repair to engine work which is what I needed. Thanks so much for the quick and friendly service. We had a tire blow out on i64. Praise the Lord we didnt die. We called this company and said they would get us right in because we were on the way to a wedding and we arent from the area. It took 20 minutes from the time we got in to the time we left. Price was comparable. Fast service. Courteous. A plus all around for tire service.

I had been driving around in a 14ft box truck with spongey brakes. I thought that was just the way they were. Bottoms bridge bled my brakes and used a computer to operate the ABS . WOW !! I got brakes . I almost threw myself through the windshield. Thanks guys, fast and VERY reasonable. I got another truck to take there now.

Very disappointed with service and support. After spending several thousand dollars and many hours of leaving the car in hopes of resolving unresolved issues --- took my car to another auto repair shop where all issues were promptly resolved without any significant charge.

Extremely over priced on a task as simple as mounting four tires, more than double all other shops in the area. Poor customer service and unwilling to compromise. Unfortunate, they will be losing quite a bit of service work. Guess they dont need the business.

If you get there early you can get an Inspection or Oil Change in 30-45 minutes. Mechanics are excellent and same employees there for years - that says a lot.
