So i returned a bulb for a headlight for my car. I didnt have the receipt so i got a merchandise gift card which was fine. A couple days later when i went to use the card they said there wasnt a balance on it. So they never loaded the card with the returned amount and said there was nothing they could do. They had all the information in the computer and what not. I jist dont understand how they hire employees that cant even load a simple card. Hell i never worked as a cadhier but i have to imagine that it isnt hard to load a card. But they will never get my business again. No autozone will. I would recommend pepbous, advance auto, napa, hell even walmart . good thing i learned how they are off a small amount rather then a large sum of money. So i hope the employees get a bonus or raise . even though they dont know how to do a job that a 3 year old could do. So enjoy my money autozone! Bec it is the last you will ever get from me. I would do zero stars but its making me do 1

At approx. 1215 on 2/14/2017, I jumped started a vehicle being operated by an elderly woman with mobility issues who was on the way to the hospital for an appt. She followed me to AutoZone on the Carlisle Pike (across from Kmart) to have her battery checked. I went in to the store & explained her situation and requested assistance on her behalf. The staff responded, above & beyond the call of duty. They took care of her with white glove curbside assistance due to her mobility issues! They checked her battery which was dead, recommended & replaced a new battery & transacted the sale with her at the car. She was in and out in only 15 minutes and was still able to make her doctors apt/ on time! This is my new favorite auto parts store now! Great Job, AutoZone!!!

Poor Check out service. They would they would rather talk among themselves about their computer problems then wait on somebody standing at the counter

Because they give free computer scans and didnt sell out to local garages and stop their free scans I try to use Auto Zone first!
