I called Lacy Auto Parts about a month ago looking for a transmission for my Explorer and I ended up getting this salesman named Billy Nunnally and thankful I did. He called to see how my buying decision was going and I told him ill be in touch. I came up there the other day with a friend so he could pick up a engine from Billy and he remembered who I was and the issue I had with my vehicle. He worked up a good deal for us and made me an offer that I couldnt refuse. We ended up leaving with a trans and a engine that day at a great price and a warranty! 3 years unlimited miles!! I would say Billy is a valuable asset to Lacy Auto Parts, charismatic, personable, empathy and personality by far is very rare :) I recommend him if you need a part! This parts store was clean, organized, and the Staff was great.

I was shopping for a rare engine and Im located down here in Texas. They were real honest about their inventory and what they had and the condition of it. And I say that because originally the engine listed with only 7000 miles and I went ahead and initiated purchasing process. However it was found out that the engine really had 145000 miles on it and Billy was real helpful and honest and went ahead and told me the truth. I feel that that is very respectable. Although I did not buy from them. I would recommend anyone to speak with Billy over there because hell shoot you straight. I would never give a good review if it wasnt true. I just would hope that I can help somebody else get the parts they need without getting ripped off also the staff is very professional polite.
