Great people, great service, helped me out when in a time crunch! Was traveling from VA to VT and not long into trip my alternator went bad on my Miata. Brian Filchner at the local Napa Distribution Center and his staff helped me out, had the part in stock, then found me a shop close by(WrenchRite in Carlisle) that could do it really soon! Those guys got me in and out within 2 hours, helped my son and I get back on the road and we made our deadline before the night was over. Thanks so much, as I am a shop manager myself, I can really appreciate that kind of service!

One heck of a store!!!! Huge best inventory for 300 miles I can guarantee you that. Amazing layout. Maybe I am partial because I was one of the few whom was in charge of setting this store up when it was being built. Either way they have access to everything in the DC with in minutes. No other store aside from a NAPA Main Counter has this ability. Keep up the awesome work!!!!

This is a regional warehouse with a retail store. Staff was obviously too busy with the warehouse to be friendly with the retail shoppers. I needed some antifreeze brought up from the back. It took a very long time.
