They dont assist you in finding anything but will gladly follow you around, also tried to ring up my item for more than what it was priced as on the tag and then didnt know how to reverse the charge so she RELUCTANTLYtook some cash out the register. I will never go back, they also dont do military discounts and made me feel like a criminal. First time ever doing a google review on a company; yea Im BIG MAD! anyway dont waste your time, go to another beauty supply

Customer service is horrible here! I bought the wrong hair and tried to return it the next day. The hair packs werent open & I had my receipt. They told me I couldnt return or exchange. They didnt try to work with me at all. Do not go in this store unless its the last option.

I have never received such horrible customer service in my life! I tried on a hate and I was treated as if I was a criminal. This is the worst beauty supply! The prices are unreasonable and most of all the customer service is horrible. Dont go there at all!!
