I needed to find the stores phone number, so i just googled it. I saw there was a review, so i glanced at them, I would have to disagree with these other reviews. I have been a customer there for about 13 1/2 years. They had the same staff years ago, for a long time. A couple hectic times with some of the really young girls but it wasnt anything to keep me from going back. It was so long ago, I dont even remember what the issue was. Those girls have been gone. I can say first hand about the books with the hair swatches, you need to order them. Its something that can be a special item. Not all of them are in the stores. I think some of these people are just impatient and exaggerate. I have ordered many things over the years, never once had a problem. One time it took a couple weeks but the manager was keeping me informed on it. I havent worked in a salon for years, i shop personally and for stuff i need to do friends and family hair. I have no issues with the store. I have spent enough time in there over 13 years, not so much lately. I think people need to just calm down and enjoy life a little more. Dont be quick for an attitude or to be mean. Then again it is a mostly a girl environment/ profession, girls can be mean. That is why I havent been in a salon for years, brutal. If they caused that much in the salon {other stylists}, i can only imagine how they could treat workers of any establishment. I appreciate all the help I have received over the years, hopefully it keeps up. Thank you

They do not stay stocked. They do not have color books for various products. The staff does not understand most of what they sell. I have 20 years experience and each time I am there I have to save young stylists from incorrect information given by staff. The staff is nice but they should be trained more thoroughly so that they are able to give instructions. If they are not trained to use products, they should say so.

If youre a licensed cosmetologist or aesthetician, nail tech this is one of the places to buy products at cost. Not very friendly help however.
