My package has been going through the same sorting and destination facilities in Norfolk for the past 3 days. It was at this same facility two days ago. Why is it being sent to the post office in Norfolk when I live in Virginia Beach? Why is it being departed from the facility and then arriving and doing a loop? Why are they not reading and sending it to the post office in Norfolk, then sending it back to the destination facility? Incompetent people... this has been happening for there days. If they could read, then maybe this would go along smoother. I LIVE IN VIRGINIA BEACH, 23456, NOT NORFOLK, 23501. Its easy to remember! This is why my package is being delayed. Fix this.

If you are a Truck driver delivering to this facility be ware the GOS with lead you to the front of the US post office so you need to figure out where to go for the receiving area thats where it get confusing because there is the entrance for their own truck and the other entrence if you get into the wrong one you are stuck in a dead end street and the security guard good for nothing thinks she is Rambo is no help all she did was make faces because we got to the wrong entrance. This place needs signs to direct drivers.

No one answers the phone. Goes to voice mail, but tells you the subscriber doesnt listen to it and then youre hung up on. And they wonder why the post office is in trouble. Government workers that dont know how to fire people when - if they were in a normal job - they wouldnt last a day. Hmmm, guess thats why they work for USPS.

I assume incoming packages from other States, for local delivery, come through this facility. I live in Hampton, Va. Every time one of my packages gets diverted to Norfolk, instead of Hampton, Norfolk sends it any where but Hampton. My package today is now in Suffolk. Please hire some people that can read, or cares about the job.

I have been given the run around about a package I shipped out 2 months ago. The local phone rarely is answered and the USPS automated system wont let me speak to a CSR. This package is a return item and I cant receive my refund until it is delivered. Worst shipping experience EVER!!! They seriously deserve no stars.
