I had posted earlier this with only 2 stars but not due to their performance but due to the hostility I received from a young employee at the store and for the fact that the others there just stood and allowed this punk to treat me poorly. If I knew I couldnt get in trouble I would of smacked him! On top of that they put my shirt in the bag and when I got home it was botched I called the shop and the owner agreed to do another for free. I wasnt looking to coming across that kid again. He should be fired. When I got to the store today the punk kid was not there , Thank God! But there was this really sweet young man working there, his name is David and to be honest he deserves a BIG RAISE! He asked what was the kids name who treated me unkind and I didnt know his name. When I described him he knew right away who I was talking about. He said he will speaking to the owner about it. I brought a white shirt and a white tank shirt to get done. This young man said we never do pictures on color shirts. I asked the David why did not tell me that? He had know clue. But David was so nice and kind. It was pleasant dealing with him so I decided to change my rating. I am giving it 5 stars all on account this young man. If he ever reads this I like to tell him thank you for being so awesome and kind. If I ever need anything again I am asking for him! But if owner wants my advice then he needs to fire that Asian kid he is rude and he has no respect for other people. No matter what the customers come first because they pay the bills. If the customer is wrong there are other ways to be helpful not snapping at them. What I dont understand is the others working there just stood by and let this kid talk to that way. I dont care how good his work is. My husband being a business owner of 3 jewelry stores would of fired him on the spot. I will only go in if David is working. The print came out beautifully. Thank you David ,I hope you see this and know how sweet you are ,and how you made it special for me., I also want to add I have dealt with the owner as well and he is a very nice man. His work is Awesome! So experience with that kid will not happen again I am sure of it. There work is awesome what they do. My unfortunate experience was random, but I am going too keep coming due the owner and David they are good guys.

Im being nice by giving 2-stars. I initially brought my sorority jacket in on 25th of July. This place was recommended by my sister with great reviews on how her jacket turn out with a great turnaround time. Today is August 16th and Im just getting my jacket back. Between this time, I called and physically went to the store a combined number of 6 times and each time got "its not done", with the promise that itd be done later that day. Keep in mind it was supposed to be initially completed in 3 days. Furthermore, when I finally got my jacket there were strings of gray that ran into the purple and and umtammed edges..... Im sure he knows I will not be back.... and hes lost he business of my sorority as well.

When we received the Badger B-Dry Performance shirts (and much faster than expected), our entire staff was thrilled with the result. They look fantastic, and our design looks crisp -- truly perfect. This company is amazing! The customer service was just wonderful, friendly and very helpful on even the smallest details. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of the product is excellent. I am amazed how quickly my order was completed and delivered. I expected it to take much longer! I highly recommend this company and will order from them again! Everything is exactly as I hoped. The t-shirts are typical of Hanes good quality. I particulary liked thier size charts which actually show how the sizes will look and fit. That was very helpful. The printing is perfect and everything about the order is exactly what I wanted.

Went to them to have something embroidered. It was only a small piece like 6x6 inch. I went there three times to check and make sure everything was good with it. I told them that I REALLY needed it back in the time they said it would be done. After 4 phone calls to them and being told everything was good and it will be done in the time given. I went to pick it up and they now tell me that its still not done and that it maybe be done the next day! WOW really and it was the owner that I talk to every time! I would not recommend going there if you need the work done in a timely manner!!!!

"I was so impressed with design 4 you. The customer service I received was absolutely amazing! I had both a tricky order and a quickly approaching deadline and they were so great about making sure my items arrived on time and the shirts were an amazing quality! The people I spoke to were all very nice and friendly. My shirts were a hit at my event (for a college). I ordered 150 shirts and they were gone in 20 minutes! I can not recommend using this company enough!!! They were quick, affordable, considerate, and the quality of the product was amazing! Thank you design4you !!!

Although you came in slightly cheaper than the other quotes I received. The PDF I received from my Design 4 You allowed me to catch any mistakes that might have arises from the production process. Very happy from the start! The logo they designed for me was a huge hit. They were able to put those logos on everything from t-shirts, sweat shirts, ball caps, huge banners, etc. The embroidery was fantastic and beats any competition in the area that I have dealt with. Turn around time for just about anything I ordered was less than a week. Customer service is fantastic. If you have an issue with anything, they will make it right. Design 4 You Ink are my go to apparel people! THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO!!
