I have used this vinyl printing business as recently as last March and will be using them again this week. I recommend this business due to the fact that they are honest in their trade and their customer service is professional and knowledgeable. While their storefront may not be the most "fancy" - rest assured they have quality equipment and they are able to keep your costs down because of their investments elsewhere, other than what you can see. I was honestly surprised with the vinyl printing that was done back in March on such a short turnaround schedule. I had called several places around the 757 area looking for a professional place that could print names on the back of several of my sons travel baseball teammates jerseys. Many would not even talk to me because I only had two jerseys to do. I needed to match, as much as possible - the exact size, font, and color of the names on the other jerseys that were already made. Not only were they able to match almost 100% of those three printing criteria - they did this in two business days! Two business days! Awesome. And no additional surcharge on their normal cost due to my time constraints! The customer representative (his name was "Vinyl", no lie) was very attentive to my questions and assured me that he could accurately match the original design of what I had given him. He also educated me on some of the possible shortcomings of vinyl printing on the polyester fabric and how they may not be able to completely match the color and cut of the original vinyl. But, they came through in the nick of time and we had jerseys that looked as good as the originals. Thanks guys and Ill be seeing you again this week to save the day on some more baseball jerseys!

I have never done business with We Print it, but met them at a trade show. Im a fellow screen printer and I have to say they were nice as you please and seemed really to be knowledgable. We had a great conversation! I too am receiving negative Google reviews now on my place page with no contact information, no way of knowing who wrote the review and from empty profiles with no other reviews. These same empty profiles are now positively reviewing another local screen printing spot. It should be pretty easy to spot the competitor whos bagging the ratings of others. Please, if you want good service, dont be afraid to screen print in Hampton Roads. Well take care of you! :)

The customer service is terrible. My order was not ready the day it was told to me it would be. Amongst other issues I just wasnt satisfied with anything. Its sad because I thought I was gonna be purchasing other products but I will never go back!
