The quality of work is very good. I would not recommend emailing work to them as no one seems to read the email unless you call and tell them that you sent an email. This is happened to me on three occasions. I have even called Melissa before to ask about why no one has responded after a couple of days and she says someone will get around to it sometime today. It would seem to me that they would want the business and would take care of it right away. Once the work has been laid out, whoever emails the proofs is very quick.

When I began the process of getting a sign made for our new house in OBX, I thought it would be a long and expensive process. But once I decided to go with Fastsigns in Chesapeake, the process became much simpler and less expensive. I provided a sketch of what I wanted and they took it from there. We had a sign all made within a two week period and we absolutely love it. Kudos to Melissa and her team for just a delightful experience.

Great service and attention to detail. I have tried many different sign companies over the years to print the signs for an annual convention my company hosts. I was glad to finally find a company that would meet my needs. I cant wait to use them next year when I can relax and not worry anymore about getting my convention signs on time. I was even able to add some last minute signs without a problem.
