Today, I went to the Sprint store in Mechanicsville, VA about 10 minutes before closing and the associates just looked on as a looked through the locked glass door at 4:50p. After I knocked, an associate opened the door and said that the system was down...I probably would have believed him if there werent already two customers being assisted by other store associates. I just wanted to replace my phone, something that would have taken possibly 11 minutes. This is the worse customer service I have ever experienced with Sprint. Christmas Eve should not constitute poor quality service just to leave early.

This is the most amazing sprint store I have ever been in and the customer service was fit for royalty. I came in questionable on if I wanted to upgrade but Matt sold me on a Samsung Galaxy s7 edge. From then on he handled everything in the most courteous manner as I kept browsing the store and had great laughs with Erica while I waited. In an era where customer service can seem non-existant in many places, Im glad I can always go here and get the proper help I need and any questions answered!!!! Amazing job folks...

Matt and Dave made my experience purchasing a new phone easy and painless. I was having a bad day with a broken phone, but they helped me with their honest sales tactics and giving me options that wouldnt be too costly to me. I am very satisfied with my purchase and i will be returning to the Mechanicsville store in the future.

This store has employees that dont stay up to date with current phone information and even seemed shocked to hear that a phone just came out the day before I called and asked if they had it. They seemed relatively friendly in person, but over the phone they are unprofessional and dont have information at hand.

I have been going to this store for almost three years and I think its one of the best in town. Friendly employees, they have helped me with my phone on many occasions. Always pleasant and eager to help. Wait times can be a little long sometimes, but the store seems to be popular.

Oh my god, this is the WORST place in the world to get service. They sold me a defective phone, ADMITTED it was defective, then refused to replace it -- even with a cheaper model! When I got upset, the store manager threatened to call the police. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

Unpleasant interaction today at the store. One employee was outside the front door smoking a cigar while the other one inside seemed like she did not want to do anything to help. She told me there was nothing she could do or to call an 800 number. Very unenthusiastic!

This store is the only reason I havnt switched from sprint....Sprint Corporate stores, Chat, and 800s are completely worthless, the people here are the only pleasant experience Ive had working with Sprint
