Ive heard really really good things about this place so I figured Id give them a try. They were very pleasant over the phone. In person, not so much. I spent about half an hour waiting just to be ignored after explaining that I needed four tires for my car. I even went and sat in the office as the gentleman proceeded to talk to several other customers, some of which had gotten there after me. Apparently your money only matters if youre a large, bearded, man who talks about vehicles. If youre a young lady your money doesnt matter and you better be prepared to take lower priority over everyone else. I got tired of being ignored because a discussion about "the depression of 2008" seemed to be more important than getting me tires. I dont know why a simple "what do you need, okay, well take your keys, be back in an hour or two." is so hard, but apparently it is. Other staff were also rude and acted as if I were in the way. I was extremely disappointed...

I got a flat on the way home to PA and luckily I was near Shen Valley Tires. If I wasnt in need of new tires I would never have stopped here by the looks of it but I am so glad I did. They were super nice and the tires I got were name brand at a great price. There were no hidden fees for valve stems, rotation, or balance like other places. They work outside and even when it started raining they still continued to work on my truck. I highly recommend Shen Valley tires and when it is time for new tires for my truck I might just go out of my way to get there here.

Shen Valley Tire is the only place I go to get anything done tire related. I have been using them for 10 years. Always great people prices and service, from new tires to bringing in your own and having them swapped out. This place may not look the best but their service is top notch. They have been around for ages for a reason. My Dad has always went there as do I and as long as I live in the area I always will. I once drove on a donut from Staunton all the way home to them just so they would service my vehicle.

This is the only place I will buy tires. Ive tried to beat their prices calling around for every set I buy and they cant be beat. Down home friendly service. The owner even offers me to come in and try particular sizes Im curious will fit on vehicles although Ive never taken him up on it. They even rotate for free if you bought them there and dont mind the wait! These guys stay busy everyday with a line along the highway from opening to close for a reason..

My wife and I have been dealing with Shen-Valley Tires for 8 or 9 years, they are great people, do great work and have the best prices that I have found. In one other review, the comment was made about the appearance, it is a memory from about 50 years ago. They sell and install tires. This tire place is the ONLY place anyone should go. They are VERY courteous and they take the time to PROPERLY make sure your vehicle is SAFE to drive when you leave. You will NEVER be disappointed with them.
