I went to the Advance in Orange,Virginia yesterday as my battery in my truck was showing little voltage for the past week. I had been to another car service store and the man that worked there told me that one of the bolt connectors on my battery was no good and he replaced it for free. It helped some, but then the battery was still getting low.When I stopped in Advance in Orange, the young man helping me quickly figured out that my alternator needed to be replaced. He not only gave me excellent service,the best price on the new alternator, but he went above and beyond by calling in a mechanic to replace the alternator. He got me back on the road in no time. I am highly pleased with the service I received!
