The staff are friendly and helpful and the hours are wide enough to accommodate a later afternoon/evening parts run when you forget something (unlike NAPA which closes at 5pm on Saturday). The biggest drawback is the pace of service. It can take forever just to checkout with a single item even when there are only 2-3 people in line. I would encourage management to instruct the staff to ensure that 1 person is always available as a cashier to keep the $ flowing. Its frustrating when you want to check out with a quart of oil but all 3 employees are in the parking lot assisting customers. Thats great service, but probably not great business. Ive actually walked out without my item more than once because the wait was unacceptable and I knew I could get what I needed down the street.

We received good help. The dashboard light went out on our car while we were on vacation and we went in for new fuses. A young man, Cody(?), came out to look at the car to make sure we had the right fuses for the car. I guess hes a grease monkey who knows his stuff because he concluded it was the bulb, not the fuse. Unfortunately, it was something our mechanic back home would have to take care of. When I go to chains like AutoZone or Home Depot I dont expect that people who know anything about the products they sell actually work there. Well color me surprised! Well at this AutoZone there is one person who does know something about cars.

These guys are lifesavers. Stopped by for a second opinion after getting some weird info from AAA and the cashier, Darrell, couldnt have been more helpful. He did a full battery and alternator test on the spot for free. He stayed late for us (we got in a few minutes before closing) and was super personable and informative. Id trust these guys again in a heartbeat, especially you Darrell, thanks!

The manager, Jen Beegle, helped my husband put a new alternator on our vehicle. The alternator went out on our way to the beach. She was kind, helpful, friendly, and gave my boys some treats while we had to wait. An excellent experience and an excellent example to my children of kindness and service!! She deserves an extra paid day off!

After 15 years of working on a car this is by far the worst autoparts store I have ever been in. Customer service is honestly probably the worst I have ever witnessed in my entire life of any store. I will drive an hour out of my way to never go to here again.
