One morning I went to the Manassas,Va H Mart to get a few things, I was approaching the register and the next thing you know I slip and fell on the floor. There was NO signs or warnings saying that the floor was wet. My left knee go hurt, the skins got ripped off because when I feel my knee got under the cart.Also, my left big toe was bleeding because it got cut by the carts wheel and my back also got hurt because when I fell I fell on my butt.When I slipped and fell, someone told an employee that the floor was wet so they can clean it up. Afterward, an employee came up to me and gave me a paper with their name and number on it and say" if you need,go see a doctor and bring in the medical bills". They gave me a form and told me to fill it out and give it to them when Im done and also told me to bring in the medical bills.They never ask if I needed paramedic or any medical attention.Than I went to the hospital to get checked out, to make sure there wasnt any broken bones or any other injuries. Afterward, I received 3 bills from the hospital in different times but from the SAME day and time I went to the hospital. I have spoken to the manager/ the person in charge of this case, and they wont give me any information, all they say is " I have to call the headquarters and see what they say". Now,a MONTH AND A HALF later,I still havent get any respond from them, they told me to be patient but it has been MORE THAN A MONTH. The store never gave me their insurance companys number and they never gave me their headquarters number. I had to go online to find the headquarters number by myself.They also,hung up on me when I call them. They still havent tell me why they are not paying for all the medical bills when they told me to go see a doctor. My back still hurts from the day I feel in the story. And they still havent apologize or do something about this case. They also, do not feel guilty about it.EVERYONE WHO GOES TO H MART BE CAREFUL THEY DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. This place needs to be checked by the Health Inspector. I saw the food service Cooks and Helpers pick food up with their hands without gloves and put it on customer dishes, then go back to cleaning the floor and picking up dirty dishes without washing their hands. One cook drop food on the floor and scoop it up with a spoon and put it on the customers plate and call the number for the customer to pick the order up, OMG! I waited a half an hour for my food, while workers from H Mart were jumping in front of me and getting their orders within a couple minutes. A man behind me and I asked to speak to the manager and they ALL said, NO MANAGER HERE and then ignored us by telling us they were too busy and their was too much work for them. I went to the customer service desk and the employees told me they didnt speak English. They kept saying, too bad, goodbye. The male customer and I put all the groceries from our cart back on the shelves and said we would never come back. I hope this gets reviewed by everyone because, according to the 5 star reviews of this place, which I think are PHONEY, I dont get that people dont see a problem with this place. The first time I came, when they opened up last year, the food was old and was not taken off the produce and meat shelves, which means they must have transported food from another H Mart store. Please dont go here, if you get sick, youll know why.

I am very impressed. Very affordable and nicely clean. I was able to enjoy a delicious meal and a freshly baked item from the bakery for a total of $3.37 including taxes. THE DINNING AREA IS INCREDIBLY CLEAN! This beat any deal that any fast food will offer, plus there are many Hispanics associates who are extremely polite and helpful. This is a 5 start service. I have not got that service in any upscale restaurant or grocery store. I recommend this place to anyone with an opened mind and interested in saving money in quality food to dine in or to to prepare at home. Sung McDaniels was extremely helpful and treated all associates very respectfully witch is hard to see this days.

The cashier is talking to her friends for a long time and ignore us waiting for checking out. She also did not help us loading and put heavy items such as fruit on the fragile vegetables. These koreans are not friendly to Chinese and looked down us without any reasons. I worked here in the US for over 10 years and got Ph.D. Theres no reason we are inferior to these cashiers and suffer these bad manners. I wont go there again! Go to hell Koreans!!

price looks a little cheaper but quality is poor, not fresh inside but looks ok outside, e.g. They are already getting bad inside apple, apricot, peach and so on similar products, the store knew that you only can see the products outside. This is cheating, not honest people doing things there, be careful !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place has everything you could imagine. I have been looking everywhere for some Guarana Antartica and that put it on the map for me. They also carry Hawaiian Sun juice of a few different varieties. I will be making my way back there as soon as possible, and as frequently as possible.

Tons of variety for many different ethnicities of food, and excellent prices on produce and seafood. Good, inexpensive sushi made in-house. You do need to now what youre looking for when it comes to certain ingredients, as many items are labeled with only Asian characters.

I visited this place to find vegetables with some herbs, and my visit was successful. If you are a person that loves herbal medicine this is a good place to start. It has varities of vegetables-organic and non organic, and there prices are pretty much competitive.

There are lots of fresh vegetables to choose from and some at cheaper price than other grocery stores. They have food made to order right inside. Food is considerably cheap compare to Korean restaurants and come in large quantity. Some employees are rude.

They have a small restaurant inside of grocery. The food from their kitchen is a absoutely delicious. It is high quality dishes. Nothing you can compare with Centreville one. Other groceries are much much better than any other Korean grocery stores in VA.
