I went to this store to return a pair of new, unworn, undamaged shoes in original packaging, with receipt, within the store receipts return time period, for a refund to the credit card I had used to purchase the shoes. The manager refused to honor the simple return terms clearly printed on the Famous Footwear receipt. Among other issues, the manager refused to accept my military ID as an adequate form of ID for the refund! I finally got the refund after wasting an hour of my time. I will never do business with this store again.

both workers are rude.didnt ask if you need any help at all. one was on the phone the whole time i was in there a customer went the counter. will never shop in there until they get new employees.!!!!!! they didnt even rare a star!!!! but only way to make a review
