A great place to acquire shoes at a discount. Dont expect to find high-end shoes, but instead a well-stocked selection of masstige products. It is a help-yourself establishment so plan to wander the aisles trying on whatever fits your fancy. The floor has their entire stock on display so you can quickly select styles that have your sizes. If you are looking for extreme discounts, there is a discount rack at the back. Depending on your shoe size and when you visit your mileage will vary. On a good day, you can find a few great deals. If you have a large shoe size, 12+, they do carry 12s and 13s, but not in all models.

I was at the store exchanging shoes that were bought online as a christmas present for my son. I could not understand my online receipt because it was not printed correctly. I thought I was getting back less money than I spent and I was not pleased. The manager on duty was fabulous. She took her time to help me understand the online receipt. She even got out a calculator for me. At no point did she get angry, and I left understanding a very confusing online receipt. Awesome customer service, thank you!

Always great quality shoes at a decent price. I ordered from them online, and although they shipped the wrong size, I emailed customer service and within 12 hours got a call back saying they would immediately overnight the right size to me. Great service!

Youll always leave DSW buying more than you expected. Its a great place for pretty good quality shoes. Lots of Cole Haan available. Buy the classics at great prices. Whenever Im in the USA I always look for a DSW.

There are always really good deals. The clearance section always has something good. And if your in need for winter boots its the place to get then for a great price.

Pretty good deals on shoes. I wish youd bring back your clearance area to the size it was a year ago. Now its hard to find much of anything marked down in price.

Clearance section is hit or miss, but sometimes you can get a great deal. Lots to choose from. Prices are a little higher than I would have expected.

DSW always has a good selection, and the staff were very helpful locating and ordering a pair of heels in a size that wasnt available in-store.
