Prior to my recent experience I thought this shop was a great local shop. Upon further review.. I have a lot to say about this shop and their business model. First and foremost the glass in this shop is far from authentic or QUALITY glass. Do not be fooled... Just because something is "made in america" (or a Chinese copy..) lol does not mean its quality glass that one should be smoking from. Secondly, they mark up a product that THEY PAY $75 for to the price of $250 for consumers. WTF this is well over 200% Mark up! I found the same thing online for $55. Personally this alone is reason enough to not give this store your money. THEY ARE MAKING ALL OF THEIR PROFIT of your own Laziness when you can find everything and BETTER than what they have online. There are many great local shops.. Pure Virtue, Capital Hemp.. even Island Dyes.. but please avoid this shop. Very 420 friends environment however ... they sure do not avoid the subject... SMH I felt cheated and lied too.. and I will never go back!

My 1st expierence at this shop was phenomenal. I met the part owner which I dont happen to remember his name. Go in today and the other part owner (MO) is a complete dick. I go to buy a chillum and I ask the price. He says $6 I respond. "Word? I bought this same piece for $4 in Sterling just yesterday", mind you Im pulling out my wallet to pay. Mo then proceeds to say under his breath "you can go to Sterling". I ask him what he says and he repeats himself. This really ticked me off. I wasnt asking for a discount I was just stating I bought it for cheaper, friendly conversation. I put the item down and proceeded to leave. Never going here again and will never recommend anyone again. Complete dick man. Going to Smokey shop down the road where they have more inventory and way better service. I was actually giving my business to this shop because of the service I received last time. That just went down the drain. Rant over.

I love this place. The atmosphere and the owners couldnt be any more friendly and helpful. I went to the store to learn more about vaporizers. One of the owners gave me all the options for what they carried and listed the pros and cons for each of them. I left with knowledge and but ultimately chose pax 3. They also carry variety of pieces. I also ended up purchasing avocado shaped one :) I cant recommend this place enough, Ill be a returning customer.

Been looking for the old school "TokeMaster" for a while now. Arcadia has them! I think they call them "Smoke Masters" or something like that but basically the exact same thing....I think even made by the same company. Of course they have all the Roar and vape products too. Will be back. Friendly staff and good prices! Thanks for helping me find what I wanted!

Best customer experience Ive had in ANY shops from around the area. Moe and Saleem were extremely helpful and even hooked me with some ridiculous discounts. I love this shop. They have quality stuff JUST LIKE Smokey Shoppe but for 3x LESS PRICE. DONT GET RIPPED OFF AT SMOKEY SHOPPE.

I love the atmosphere i get when i walk in here. The employee working today seemed really chill, we talked a ton but i didnt feel like he was really pressuring me to buy anything. I didnt have enough money to get what i wanted but definitely will be back when i save up
