This place is pretty good with the stuff they stock and how the store looks but when I was a noob and I went to the store I looked at a JG SVD and it was a little broken in the electrical system so I chose my second choice was an Elite Force RS-KP (AK-74m) but they upselled me on a gun that was $50 more than the RS-KP and it seemed slightly used because multiple people have test fired it and they just put the one for display in the box which kinda disappointed me because the first game the safety popped of. Also a more recent time I went to the store I was getting my gun repaired and just when I got home they called and said my gun was ready to pickup which idk why but it seems I could have just hanged out on the couches inside the store until it was ready but whenever I ask them they always say that I cant wait there for them to fix it.

Staff are not very helpful and are not very willing or engaged. All prices are very high. Shooting range is small, very poor, and closed most of the time due to boxes that were just left there as storage. Very little option when choosing what to buy. Very unhelpful return policy. Wont accept any returns if opened. Good if you want to go shoot guns or test (if you go on a day that they have their shooting range open - which is random and out of the times Ive been there (7ish) has been open twice. Much better option to buy off of Evike or Amazon (if they have it) because of lower prices, better return policy and more options to chose from. Dont waste your time here.

Me and some friends drove from Hampton, VA to get someone a gun in time for a Christmas present. We were very disappointed in the whole experience. The staff was very crude in their language. They were also rude to us. As a novice at air soft I didnt find the staff very helpful or informative. We ended up purchasing a gun. We took it back to Hampton and pulled it out and immediately had problems with it when we tried firing it. There were a couple parts that messed up the first time we shot it. We returned the gun today and were not given a full refund. I will not be doing anymore business with this company and would not recommend them to anyone else.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff at the VA store, most if not all are / were airsoft players so they know their stuff. The cool thing about the VA store set up is that you can just grab the regular tactical gear and accessories and checkout like a regular store vs other hobby stores where you have to wait for them to get your items from the warehouse. They also have a huge wall of guns that you can check out to find the gun youre looking for.

Drove up from North Carolina with a group of our guys and we were all quite disappointed. Not only were prices jacked on most things but we watched as one of the employees swindled a kid and his dad into spending much more than they should have on a gun that wasnt working properly. Same guy was quite rude to a few of our guys as well. Needless to say we wont be making a trip back.

Decided to check out the new East coast Airsoft GI store last Saturday and Ill tell you what: Exceptional selection and by far the best staff at an airsoft store. Had a nice hour talk with a staff member about random airsoft stuff, and learned quite a lot of east coast airsoft events that I did not know before. Great store.

I came into the store hoping for a good experience, however the employee that was "helping me" listened to me for 15 seconds then continued to talk to other employees while pumping and dry firing an Airsoft shotgun inside the store! I feel that the store itself was fine, however I did not like the customer service.

Lots of airsoft gear to choose from. Plenty of airsoft heads too. When the place is filled with the heads, good luck getting help. Its like trying to get an autograph from a rock star while hes thronged with groupies.

The store is only about an hour from where I live so me and my family shop there often and they have a decent selection and great prices. The staff is also very friendly and willing to talk about their experiences.

If you want Air soft this is the place to go. Unfortunately I thought it had real Tactical equipment and firearms but was disappointed to learn it was only Air soft.
