Falling Stone

Unreal. its better know the prices are so unreasonably high, but you tell yourself its okay to go to giant and pay the extra price because at least it will be fast, efficient, and over with. not so would this giant, you may as well grow the food yourself for all of this beat in efficiency that youre going to get to go in there and get your grocery shopping done. Useless staff, clueless cashiers, and for some reason broken scan it yourself equipment. I cant figure out why its more expensive to shop there, but I wont be shopping there anymore.

Right now trying to get through on the phone because I think I left my debit card there. ON hold with the customer service department and the front end for several minutes. One time it sounded like they picked up , but no one would talk. Now calling Floral department to find out what is the malfunction. I was just there, it is not busy. if you go to the front counter for stamps you have to wait 5 mins at least to get some services. very very unhappy at this moment.

Produce is horrible, but the worst part are the people working here. Meat dept is NEVER there, cashiers have the personality of Elmers glue. Save yourself the hassle and do self checkout or Harris Teeter is much better. I gladly go 15 minutes out of the way to avoid this Giant when possible.

I have used this pharmacy a half dozen times or more, and the service has always been very good. I have got flu shots there for the last two years and they have been completely satisfactory. I have never seen any reason to drive further.

The pharmacy is great!!! On the "dark side", whoever makes grocery stock selections needs a check-in from neck up. If you like something, its almost a guarantee it will go off the shelf never to be seen again in the near future.

Produce is always fresh. Their bakery is one of the best in the area. They are always stocked, even on the sale items. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Combine a reluctance to adequately staff the checkout lines with digital coupons that work only part of the time, and you get poor customer service.

Management are great and I go there for convenience as it is costlier than Walmart but love the availability of products and gas points.
