Rip off. A sign posted says 7 day exchange policy but its only on clothes. My son bought a remote control car and we realized the two pieces didnt go together. They were willing to let me exchange finally but I had to do it right then. I couldnt even get them to give me a receipt for a "donation" that I was essentially forced to give. I would not trust buying anything here. The companys policy to not help the consumer ensures I will never shop or donate to them again.
